Very quiant hotel with gorgeous gardens. Good and ample breakfast with sekt (bubbles). I recommend a dinner reservation in the garden, weather permitting.

Only down pillows were provided in the room.

The staff, the beauty of the hotel, the room, and the breakfast all get 10/10. The wine tasting was a fun experience, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a calm night at a nice hotel.

There really isn't anything. The main course at dinner was a bit of a disappointment, but everything else was wonderful.

No bar open after 22:00. Come on, this is featured as a romantic hotel. We could not have dinner at the hotel, as they did not have enough staff - and was running on reduced capacity. The room is ok, but that is about it. We tried to order some ice to the room at approx 18:00, and was told to go to the bar ourselves as the person said "I am alone on duty". At this price, we would expect normal "romantic" hotel service.

It was located in a classic small town by the Mosel River. Beautiful old stone buildings, maintained in excellent condition.

It was a beautiful hotel. We brought our big dog (a bernese mountain dog) and the staff was very welcoming and treated him like another guest. Our family of 6 very much enjoyed the stay. The rooms were great.
