There is a beautiful view from our room. The windows opened wide and that let a lot of fresh air in the room. It was just a short walk to shopping and cafes.

The shower is tiny, I kept bumping the controls and changing the heat of the water. I would have liked better communication on where to check in (maybe a map). It was strange to check in at the restaurant hundreds of meters away fromThe hotel.

Location is perfect with a beautiful view of the river valley. Breakfast Buffet was best we had during our week in Europe.

The breakfast was excellent. There was always complimentary coffee and tea available (fresh filtered coffee in the morning and instant coffee at all other times) and snacks and drinks available for purchase. The staff was super friendly and check in was simple.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Paid extra for view on Rhine but it was very limited view.

The room was clean and quiet. Had a great view. The breakfast had many things to choose from. The check in and check out was very easy.

The Stairs we were right at the top andThere was no lift as it was part of a touring holiday was a bit of a haul with our 2 cases . Only problem we had was the light didn't work in the bathroom. They left 2 lightbulbs outside our room! my husband thought It was more of a electrical fault .

Helpful staff and very spacious room on the ground floor. There is a dry garage next door where I was able to store my bike. The keys included one for the garage.

At first I was concerned about having to check in, and eat, in a different building but this worked very well in the end

Rooms are a bit outdated, dont expect any particular luxury. The staircase is very steep. Breakfast is in another building close by; but you have to leave the building - which is always annoying. The breakfast is free, but there are a number of items at breakfast that are on display and you need to pay for! Not very nice.

Great location, very friendly staff, room was nice, clean, warm and had a great view from the window. The bistro offers delicious snacks and drinks throughout the day, and this was great because we arrived too early and had to wait for our room.

Entrance area of accommodation was very noisy whenever someone left or arrived. We had bedroom 1, so that’s just by the entrance

I could hear the showers and fans in other people's bathrooms. From early in the morning, long before I wanted to wake up!

Nice view of the valley

Had to haul bags several blocks uphill from car to the hotel. No elevator, only narrow staircase.

wonderful charm & views

a small hike over cobblestone road up hill to rooms—no car entry. No restaurant at lodging—but lots of things a block down.

Loved the ease of entry and location. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The walk to breakfast is very short and a great way to start our morning.

Check in was a little confusing. We had different times and locations of where staff would be. But we contacted the hotel and it was not a problem.

Clean tidy modern friendly staff easy check in great restaurant opposite with a friendly waiter by the name of Joseph

Location was difficult to drive too, but worked it out without getting trapped in a pedestrian area

there is no parking lot, but this happens all around the city, not something they can control imo
