Hotel Moselauen

Nice staff, helpful, solid breakfast. Air conditioning during the heat wave was amazing — Germany in 95 degree weather is brutal, so sleeping in AC was amazing. Nice to rent electric bikes and parking was tight but easy and accessible. Truly lovely stay, would return!

A very nice modern hotel. Reach breakfast. Spacious room. Great location.

Aperentely there are much less parking spaces in the underground garage than rooms and garage must be reserved very well in advance. Otherwise the car shell be parked on a rather busy street.

Great location. Nicest room we’ve had on this trip. Good breakfast. Upfront pricing. Big bathroom. Underground parkade.

Brand newSpanking cleanGreat locationGreat breakfast Great staff Really comfortable room with all the mod cons kettle hair dryer tv etc Great stay and thankyou

Stay was too short

Nice wood floors, beautiful stairwells, great attention to detail. Very good breakfast

Pillows were so so…

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was clear that great attention was given to cleanliness. While the breakfast wasn’t outstanding, it was satisfying enough.

We specifically chose a room with a balcony for the view, but unfortunately, our room on the back side of the hotel faced the wall of another building. In the morning, the hairdryer didn’t work after our shower, and despite reporting it, no solution was provided. The biggest shock, however, came after we left the hotel when they marked our completed reservation as canceled. Thankfully, Booking’s support team was very helpful in resolving the issue caused by this mistake.

The hotel was so welcoming when we arrived and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was for a King! Excellent variety and choice. The location of the hotel was so convenient for visiting the Christmas Market as it was a short walk across the bridge.

Large and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Car parking was in a public car park and was full on occasions so we had to park on the road.

Breakfast was quite extensive and varied. The staff were attentive and ensured that all items on the buffet were constantly refreshed. Room was large and well appointed.Location was very good, well placed for the town and river. I would strongly recommend using the underground card park, albeit at extra cost. The list goes direct from the car park to your floor.Staff could not have been more helpful.

Nothing comes to mind.

Very good location, great breakfast and excellent service.

Modern, perfect rooms, elevator from underground garage, nice breakfast, bridge to Old Town Bernkastel… who could ask for more? Oh, well, it might be a river view…

Good location Breakfast very good choice and all fresh. would return happily

it would have been nice with a proper bar didn't dislike anything all good

I was extremely grateful to retrieve my wallet that I had accidentally left in reception! It was nice to be able to trust the staff. Thank you so much for keeping it safe for me.The recommendation to the Zylinder Restaurant was perfect.

Exit from car park garage was a little bit tight. ? This is not a complaint. I was grateful to have a park. ?

The hotel has a great location in the centre of Bernkastel-Kues with a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection in the buffet and always had plenty of space. The team at the hotel were always helpful and assisted with dinner reservations and taxis (when we couldn't do the language).Really Nice!

No iron in the room and the hairdryer was poor.

Very nice and clean room, friendly staff, safe and spacious underground parking garage for only €8/day. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and extensive. When you cross the bridge, you immediately arrive at the historical city center, which makes the hotel, breakfast and location a perfect place to stay!

Checkout took a while, but this was mainly due to the fact that a lot of people were going for breakfast at that same time. In any case, all this isn't anything that will stop us from returning to this hotel next time.

Check-in was very good and fast, Room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip.

Nothing, everything was great.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional; and the hotel has very modern amenities. Unbelievably clean, with very comfortable rooms and facilities. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of both European foods and standard American fare such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Secure parking under the hotel helped put my mind at ease. You would have to search for a reason to not be satisfied.

Modern, clean hotel with spacious, comfy and well-equipped rooms with super-modern en-suite shower room. Handy car park. Great location. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had! All-in-all, a real gem of a hotel!

The room was too hot at night, which hampered our sleep, and we could find no way to regulate the temperature other than open the french window, which wasn't possible because it was howling a gale outside. Otherwise everything perfect.

Great, nice and clean room and personnel very friendly and helpful, wouls return without hesitation

Great hotel. Nice, cool (airconditioning), big and modern room. Close to city center. Parking possibility at the hotel (8 euro/day) was very convenient. Good breakfast as well.

Nothing :-)
