Mattress is worn out ! Replacing it is a must!! This is one of the max 3 basic things customers expect from a hotel room….

So clean and a comfortable bed.

Would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Didn’t feel we could go downstairs in our night clothes before we went to sleep or when we woke up in the morning.

It is convenient next to the Autoroute. Pretty ok shower.

Beds were NOT clean at all. Rubbish from previous guests were still in the bed, including all crumbs from chips…. Receptionist just said after complaining: I will notify my manager. Was totally not interested nor empathetic. Very bad experience.

It was quite clean and well maintained. The location for transit was really ideal because of the proximity to the highway

Great quality stay for a very good price. The hotel is located close to the motorway but in a quiet place. We stayed one night as a travel stop between Spain and Germany but one can also stay 1-2 nights more and explore the region. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. They have parking with a big gate (secured code) that closes at 21;00) you then will access the hotel with this code. There are a couple of vending machines inside the hotel in case you arrive very late. For a two star hotel, the expectations were exceeded.

There is no lift so be aware of the luggage you plan to keep. It is a bit far away from restaurants but we took the car and got delicious pizzas at a pizza truck nearby.

Good, clean room for that price. We traveled with a baby, so we needed some help from the staff ( warm milk, help with the bed, some stuff during the breakfast) and Enan (I hope I wrote the name correctly) from reception was so amazing! So kind and professional! Thank you very much!

The room was clean, modern and larger than expected. The breakfast was good. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. All aspects far exceeded our expectations at this price point.

There is no dinner option in/around the hotel so you need to drive the short distance to Voreppe go grab a bite.

If you plan to check in to the hotel after 9pm the machine DOES NOT WORK. There is no way of contacting the property via phone and then an emergency contact button on the wall simply told us there was no one available to help us. It also took sending several messages to get the pre-paid money back.

That it is inaccessible after 9pm. It also seems that the machine has been broken for some time and they don’t seem to plan to do anything to fix it.

The breakfast was so disgusting i couldn't eat it at all, the eggs were from 3 days ago i think, and there was not much choice i only ate some viennoiseries they were also terrible

The room was under the attic and we hit our heads to the roof a couple of times.There were insets inside the room that we had to get rid of and got stressed while sleeping.The bathroom is very smallNo elevator and top floor!

The place was clean and well maintained. Very basic and simple accommodations. You get a bath towel, but not a hand towel or wash cloth. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash is a 3-in-1. This place is very simple and setup for basic accommodation and cost efficiency. This is not a Marriott or Hilton and therefore do not expect that level and quality of services. But if you are looking for a quick and simple place with very basic accommodations and do. Ot want to break the bank, this is your place.

Parking is small and places are narrow. We had several trucks taking 2 or even 4 spaces so not parking was available… I ended up having to park illegally… This place is partially managed and does not have staff 24/7, so if you have any issues, you are on your own.

Nice calm hotel to stop for a night. Private parking and terrace to enjoy a drink/breakfast.Friendly staff. They offered me a private garage for my motorbike. That was so nice.Although there is no bar, just 5 min driving to big supermarket.Of course, vending machines available on the hotel. Good enough breakfast.
