Staff.

It's a bit outside of the town, and it has a winding road to get to the entrance. If you are like me, arriving by walking, there is a steep hill on the back of the hotel with steep steps and a winding road to get to the entrance. It was challenging on a hot summer day.

Room was...ok let me start from the top, the hotel is called with "Design" in the name, it's sarcastic I believe, because the rooms are 1980's "design" :))))))), furniture, walls, beds, just like my summer camps when I was young by the Black Sea :)))OK, seriously now, the room was like we were expecting, clean bed, clean shower, everything was like expected and lovely staff.Would recommend !

The room was basic but clean, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was good as we were easily able to walk to the town centre and get dinner.

It’s pretty punchy for the price as it is really basic and the outside building looks very tired. Having said that the rooms are very clean and tidy and ok to put your head down.

Very basic but I understand they are due for renovation. There was nothing in the room, not even a plastic mug, I which to have a drink of water. Not close to the centre of Moutiers which matters as the hotel did not have any meals or refreshments apart from breakfast.

Very happy to recommend this hotel. The standout was being looked after by Enzo who was extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - great people skills. I only stayed 1 night - suspect that most guests are also in transit - but it ticked the box nicely. Great location with nice views of the mountains. Basic but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast too

The place was great but it is a bit tired around the edges and could maybe do with a bit of a refurbishment.

this was a complete functional place for a brief overnight staywe arrived late and the concierge answered my call and organised for our arrivalno luxury but very efficient and clean

It was walkable to town. Breakfast was passable.

It wasn’t clean enough, toilet seat was loose, nobody around at reception until 5, so was unable to leave our bags. The room appeared more budget than standard. Mountain View was via a car park.

Breakfast was plentiful and dining was very convenient!The male waiter at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot as a newcomer.The service here has made me feel the warm local cultural environment. I think I will book this hotel again because of its service and geographical location, and therefore recommend it to my friends!

The bathroom door had no normal indoor handle and was hard to close.

Quite basic for the price. No plugs in the baths so you have to improvise. Breakfast not included although a nice setup for food. No cancellation option without full payment

Went there for a night on my way back home. David was a great host. I could Check-in late without any hassle. The room was functionally furnished and I had a nice view over the city from the 2nd floor. A rich breakfast buffet completed the offer.

The staff was very helpfull. I came early but they fixed me a ropm anyway. Breakfast was ok, Croissant with cheese and ham, bacon with scrsambled eggs. Coffee, Juice.

Very Basic hotel. No aircon, no fan. No shampoo or showergel. Bed ok but uncomfortable.

Convenient location, good breakfast and WiFi.

Couldn’t check in until 5pm.
