A great place to stay. Good breakfast. Good and comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Unfortunately the Wifi had no internet connection.

Bed was really comfy in the suite with a firm mattress what suit me well. Hot breakfast was delicious

A bit hustle with the light in the room but the staff was so great to offer me the upgrade to the suite

We have stayed many times at the hotel. This time we were given a very small room in the attic. It was very cramped and only had a velux window in the roof. With our cases, you could not open the bathroom door. Maybe ok for children but not big enough for a couple.

All OK except the fact we didn't have warm water in our shower...we waited for 15 minutes and it didn't get warmer

Hard to find the rooms!!

Comfortable beds, separate bunk area for kids, updated and stylish washroom and toilet, good location in the town,

No mini fridge. No way to wash hands in separate toilet room. If someone is in the main washroom and wants privacy you have to wait until they are done to wash hands. I couldn't find stairs to the outside from our floor which would have been unsafe in a fire. Didn't see smoke alarms.

The night staff were super friendly and helpful, but the morning staff person was grumpy and short.

The room smelt mouldy, like mouldy carpet and toilet smell. We had to sleep with the window wide open, but got woken by traffic noise at 4:30am.

It was very convenient for a stop on the way to the Three Valleys. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

We had to carry all of our luggage (5 bags as we were going skiing and had boots, ski kit, etc) up a very narrow set of stairs. They shut the front entrance in the evening so you have to use a side entrance with no lift. There was an awful smell in the room. The carpet, stairs, etc all is very shabby. There was no place to park the car.

The little light by the single bed in the triple room didn't work and there was no socket nearby to plug in one of the other small lights in the room. Staff did try to get the little light to work but were not able to.

Stand were very friendly and the check in was so simple. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and big, so cannot complain with the nights sleep. Bathroom clean and complimentary toiletries.

Not good value for money given the age of the decorations. There was no hair dryer. The shower water pressure is acceptable but not great.

We loved the location, size of the rooms, beautiful bathrooms and the excellent breakfast spread.

Finding the rooms and moving into the hotel is like an escape room game. I can’t say I didn’t like as really everything was fine but moving around is triky

The hotel staff were super helpful, we needed to order a taxi to the airport and they did this on our behalf without hesitation before we had completed check-in

Room was a bit warm for summer and due to location (overlooking a busy road) we were not able to open the balcony doors for ventilation, however this would not prevent us from booking this hotel in the future
