Free airport shuttle which is unheard of at MXP. The hotel was so clean and tidy and the staff were all friendly and ready to assist. It is an older hotel but they have kept it up so nicely. Breakfast was yummy!

Free pick up, big room and great breakfast

The stress they put me through trying to order the shuttle. They gave free in the end. But next day the driver took me to wrong bus stop. I trusted him. I never got bus. Missed flight. Then rebooked new flight different airport 187 dollars. His mistake costs me loss of 300 dollars. Be careful to not trust their knowledge of bus stops. Expensive lesson and I forgive him. Hopefully he didn't do on purpose.

The hotel shuttle was fine. The desk service could be better.

My room was drafty and the antitheft system on the door was problematic to properly closing the door.

It had a wonderful old time family establishment feel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Decor is eclectic and unusual. Food was good, generous portions and inexpensive. Don’t go if you’re expecting a sleek modern hotel.

It’s about a 20-25 minute ride from the airport but the shuttle service was free and efficient.

Saying that this was a 4 stars’ hotel stay would be a BIG exaggeration ? max 2 stars! The rooms we got was in the annex, the hotel had its best days 20 years ago ? It felt more like a staying in a cheap B&B.

Perfect service after a late flight! The free shuttle running until midnight was just what we needed after landing late — the driver was friendly and arrived quickly, taking us straight to our room. The breakfast was lovely, with nice coffee alternatives to start the day right.

Nothing in particular, it is good enough for one night between flights.

Nice restaurant and social areas, including the pool.

There was no blankets on the beds, it was the same comforter made of thick fabric.The walls color.

Everything was lovely. It was a comfortable size room with a nice balcony and chairs. The estate is lovely the staff was very accommodating. I will be back again if I am nearby.

Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Surroundings were peaceful and quiet. It was very nice to have the airport shuttle.

It was a little further away from the airport than what we thought. But having the shuttle to pick us up, made it work just fine.

Shuttle to airport was arranged for the time I needed.Room was readied for us when we arrived in the morning.Restaurant was decent, fortunately, as it is the only place to eat.

Disco party at the pool went from 6 pm till around midnight, very loud in our room.

Nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, the pool looked great, wish we had another day just to hang by the pool. Overall wonderful option if you’re touring the area and want a serene budget place to stay.

The bed in the room is located on a sleeping mezzanine, ac is less felt there and also means walking down stairs at night if you need anything. Worth knowing, especially if you have older guests with you

The room is very comfy and large, with a great mattress for a long sleep. No noise from the close airport of Malpensa.

In our room the bed was on the second tier under the ceiling, so it was stuffy at night and the air conditioner did not help. There was no window in the room, we could only open the door

We left before breakfast.Desk staff was VERY helpful arranging out early morning shuttle to the airport.

The grounds are very pretty. The restaurant is fabulous. The staff is amazing!

In need of attention to detail regarding upkeep.

I met my friend in the airport and the staff allowed me to pay a bit extra and invite her to my room as well, they replied quickly and provided all the required information.The transfer was well-organized. We had a very friendly and polite driver.I loved breakfast. There were options for vegans, especially, I enjoyed making orange juice. The lady in the cafe was very helpful, careful and proactive. Many thanks!

This hotel is nice. It is in the countryside. It was nice to wake up to the sound of the birds. We booked this hotel because of the free airport transfer. It was great and on time. The breakfast was bonus too.

Good Restraunt and good breakfast.
