Hotel Ristorante La Vignetta Cernobbio

There were so many things to like there. We were welcomed by friendly front desk staff and taken care of the entire time. Our room had a nice little balcony with table and chairs, flower boxes and view to Lake Como. Complimentary waters in the mini fridge each day appreciated. Air conditioning in the room. Very clean hotel with ample space for our length of stay. Wonderful restaurant included that is worth a reservation if you stay here. Elevator available. Parking on site available if you get there before the dinner crowd. (Parking is limited and tight but doable and gets crowded when dinner guests arrive). Lovely breakfast provided. The scenic walk down the hill to the lake and town center only takes about 10 minutes. Coming up, it might take a couple more minutes but it's not as exhausting a walk up as I thought it might be. Very doable.

I liked everything. The only suggestion I would offer is consider adding a blowdryer to the bathroom for us long haired ladies. We appreciated our stay here. It was the perfect place to start our Italia vacation.

Our family of 3 loved staying here. The room had all the amenities , everything was new, great views onto the lake. Staff was kind and caring, food was amazing . We like the location , just a short walk to the ferry port. The parking was very handy as well.

Perfect , beautiful location. Amazing staff! All the staff was so accommodating and helpful! The food was some of the best of our trip.

There is really no internet connection. It is VERY low.

Perfect location! An easy 10min walk to Como Lake and the small town, but up a little hill so it was much cooler and quieter than in town. Plus an excellent restaurant with a lovely outdoor covered patio or nice inside option and very good food. And everyone who works at La Vignetta is friendly, helpful and we were fine speaking English. Ash has been especially helpful.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, everybody was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and comfy. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service great. We will come back and highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location in the smaller town of Cernobbio offers a preferable location to the main part of Como. The room isn’t large but it was very clean and the addition of the balcony adds an extra space to enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and included a very good breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant too and it was excellent. Easy walk down to the lake and other restaurants and shops

The toiletries probably need an upgrade but that is a very minor point and the room wasn’t large but it is a smaller location

Small boutique hotel, set back from the town. Beautifully clean hotel, friendly helpful staff.Bed very comfortable. Lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Good size room.Generous continental breakfast.

Amazing place to stay next to Como. Romantic, quiet, great view from balcony. The staff was amazing. Erbert was very heplfull. The tiramisu, atmosphere, cant say enough good about our stay. THANK YOU guys!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The view from the room with a balcony was spectacular. And the walt to the lake was also great. And the breakfast also matched the room facilities

Wonderful location, clean very comfortable and spacious room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Best place we stayed in during our break in Italy.

Reception closes at 8 pm so a rush to make it on time by train and bus.

Comfortable, close to center of Cernobbio, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.

I took ill…nothing to do with the property at all, it just put a damper on our activities.

Everything was great! The room was spacious with an amazing view from the balcony, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was quite good, and we will definitely come back!

Staff friendly and helpful, free water in room, nice breakfast, room cleaned daily, high end fixtures and fittings, Cernobbio nice place to be.

Poor Wi-Fi, most restaurants closed Monday and some on Tuesday, ferry terminal closed due to filming for most of our stay (staff not aware), bus times unpredictable. Many places shut due to season eg villas, cable car, funicular.

We loved everything about the Hotel, all amenities were great, our room had a Lake View, which was amazing, the staff was extremely kind and friendly, and the Hotel was brand new. Also, the small town of Cernobbio was the nicest place to stay around the Lake , it is a little gem indeed , we would not hesitate to stay here again.
