Cheap and cheerful place in a great location

Check in time ends a bit early for a hotel, bit of a problem with late flights

Exceptional hosts! We were extremely delayed due to a train cancellation, and by the time we reached Como station, it was past 10 PM. The hosts kindly came to the station in two cars to pick us up — a truly thoughtful gesture. They were very accommodating throughout our short stay. Since we stayed only until the next afternoon and it was raining most of the time, we couldn’t explore much of Como. We’d definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to others.

The bathroom was spacious overall, but the shower area was a bit small.

Room was clean, breakfast was OK, staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good

Nice big room with a balcony. Nice family style hotel, great wifi.

Was clean.Was easy to find.

The shower had less place, bad iluminated and the water was not so so strong and slowly to get warm.The breakfast was full of sweets but notting of fresh fruits, eggs, cheese, ham, It could be more variety of things.

A simple hotel but very clean room.The bed was a double - we would have preferred a queen size for a couple.Good breakfast.Good location close to the lake & a "Lidl" across the road.

It’s close to bus stations and supermarkets. 16 min walk from the dock/ferry station by the lake.

Room small but clean and tidy, well arrange for a short stay. Interesting decorations in the halls :) Good location for arriving by bus, walking distance from the city center and Villa Erba. Host was very kind and welcoming. There is also a restaurant in the building, sadly I didn't have time to try their food.

Comfortable family run hotel frequented by all the locals which is always a great sign. Good breakfast, great air conditioning, clean room, comfortable bed and helpful host.

no complimentray coffee in room like every other place we stayed, no fridge, shower was so small i had to shower with the door open, wife was bitten by something on her side of the bed

Lovely Italian hotel. Well placed in cernobbio. Great breakfast. Some really delicious restaurants near by and only a 10 minute walk to the port.

No pool.

A charming small family run hotel where the bar is a hub for locals drinking beer and playing cards - all truly Italian. The rooms are clean and simple with very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. It definitely exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. Parking was easy and it was only a 15 min walk to beautiful Lake Como.

Our view was of Lidl which wasn’t that good but it proved to be very useful, not least to cool off in their freezer dept!

More than I expected. About the cleanliness and the facility. Also, the staff are very friendly. The location is also good. About 20 minutes by bus to the central station, supermarket is very near like literally just across the street, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The Breakfast was adequate. Too many flies everywhere. Staff was very nice..

Lighting was terrible in the room . Location It's not that great for us.

Location is great and dogs allowed (no charge ?). Small charge for parking and tourist tax. We ate pizza in the garden restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed.

Lovely sheets and a comfortable bed. Very convenient for the motorway.

Breakfast could be a bit more varied. Some fresh bread maybe some eggs?

Used it for a stop over on a drive to central Italy and for the price it exceeded my expectations. It’s fairly basic but the room was double glazed and air con worked well with the heat. Staff friendly and the pizza was good and reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff

the bed was surprisingly comfortable and it was an easy walk down to the town centre and lake. The parking was fairly close and although open to the public felt safe

the property was rather jaded and in need of refurbishment which presumably was reflected in the lower comparable price. The breakfast wasn’t great
