It was very quaint and cute

Another guest accosted me and instead of asking if I was okay or being apologetic, the front desk man accused me of making too much noise while my room mate was leaving to the airport. She was in the room for a total of 2 minutes.

The staff was very kind, nice location, parking

Very very noisy. You can hear everything, the doors are extremely noisy and whenever someone on the floor opens or closes a door it even woke us up.

Staff was wonderful! Rooms clean and the on site restaurant was very good and a good value.

A bit noisy. You could hear some activity from other rooms. Running water, toilets flushing.

As in every small hotel in the center there are street just near. And of course some noise from the steet.

The price was good and the location was in our way back to Germany.

The bathroom had an awful smell and didn’t make me feel good.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue in our room which was resolved quickly. Optional breakfast was great and the restaurant and courtyard is a lovely environment. Parking available outside the hotel which is ideal. Just a very short walk into town.

The room was as expected, bed was okay, the room was a little tired in places but it matched our expectation. The aircon was very noisy but I would have noisy aircon over none when it was 35degrees.

My Dad went not me but he said that there was a really nice welcoming family feel and he loved it for his short stay. There was a day when it was raining and he was given an umbrella which is nice.

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, cosy, amazing restaurant and very accommodating owner.

Not easy to get back there during the night when public transport stops. Taxi or Uber is quite expensive.

Could not have asked for better location , to the lake or bars and resturaunts. Very friendly staff, made our stay brilliant.

The room was a little too small for two people with two big suitcases, but we managed.

Great location but near all the key locations, wished we stayed here longer than in Como town. The restaurant had amazing fresh food and the restaurant was super cute with a mix of locals and tourists. The room was super clean and felt like new, I honestly couldn't complain and would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

The room was cozy and the window ceiling beautiful. The breakfast and service was good. Very clean and tidy room.

The bed was hard, but an extra mattress would help.Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel very much.

For those who wish to book a remote cottage, this place is perfect.

I normally do not share ratings on Hotels, but after this experience it is important in my opinion.We booked Hotel San Giuseppe adhoc. As we were travelling with our baby we wanted to book the largest room available.With a 8+ rating and well in the centre of Cernobbio, this Hotel looked perfect. With EUR 246,- per night there was 1 room available and advertised which looked like a suite or larger apartment.After check-in we were surprised that the apartment was not in the Hotel, nor even close. Instead the receptionist asked us to follow him by car and we drove for almost 15min winding streets up the hill to Via Vittorio, almost 4km away from the city center.Given that we had travelled with our 4 month old, we decided to avoid requesting a change of room. The receptionist showed us the flat briefly and informed us about the check-out procedure, than left. Before we could ask how to get back into the city center or what breakfast options might be available, he was gone.The flat was nice, almost as per the pictures. However, the warm water didn’t work, neither in Bathroom nor Kitchen. The shower allowed lukewarm water only – not acceptable at that rate.There was no Wifi, no mobile reception inside the building which made orientation and communication difficult. Some of the appliances didn’t work either. As typical in smaller rural areas, there were no walkways on the streets outside the flat, which made navigating the streets with our pram impossible – we had to use the car whenever leaving the place.What struck me most was, that there was no clear description on the Booking.com page about this being a cottage outside center Cernobbio, NOT a Hotel room.As it was for a single night, we would have simply left it there. I refrained from complaining when returning the keys at check-out.

Cute decoration, very functional and well maintained rooms. Excellent location if you like relaxed holidays with various nearby restaurants and bus stops. The restaurant is very good and the staff was super nice and attentive.

Could do with some fruit for breakfast and maybe some garnish on the omelet, like tomatoes or other veggies. The cappuccino could taste better.
