Cozy place to stay with the superb view. Its place is surrounding with locals. The staff and owner are very kind.

Not much, but the beds could be a bit more comfy. Sofa in bedroom should be replaced or an alternative piece of furniture placed.

Nice large room with balcony overlooking the valley. Spotless clean, large bathroom, large bed.

Third floor without lift.

We thought the brealfast was is good. A fair variety and the offerings are good. The fare got us going well into the day. Driving up to the hotel was deluxe - I loved the location and the great driving experience up to it.

The parking was taken with a large van sideways and that reduced the number of places to park.

Clean room, calm, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, great location for an excursion in the region (just beside the chair lift to Giw).

Amazing view from the balcony, the room was spacious, confortable and clean. Very friendly and easy going staff. The village is quiet and peaceful, very relaxing.

Location is stunning. We had a room with a balcony, on the corner, so had a wonderful view over the town and the mountains. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was good. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with freshly brewed coffee.

The price of the room was very reasonable for Switzerland, and the breakfast reflected that. Everything was available that we needed, bur there wasn't a huge choice. We ate dinner there and it was good.

Everything is a bit shabby, but considering the price, okay.

I arrived after traveling for 6 hours at the property . no was anybody at the front desk restaurant was close , no bathroom available, no falicities to good transportation and too far from Brig the taxi cost 100 Franks

We pay the room almost a week before we went, but they give our room to somebady else, so they offer for the first night another room, but that was unexepteble! Thats why we left the hotel! Never happened before, if you pay the room in advance, and when you arrived, they already give it to somebody else! Its a nonsense! And unexepteble!

Great mountain view. Good size room with everything you need. The balcony is super. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds and super quiet, except for the church bell. :)

Super location, very clean, very friendly staff though no command of the local language.

This is a real mountain inn. If you like being up high, 8km from the nearest town, but only 20m from the chairlift then this is for you. Traditional style bar and restaurant. Mountain views in all directions.

We felt sorry for the young couple managing the place - it needed a little investment in staff/facilities but they did their best. Wifi wasn't working and TV control was missing. Limited menu choice - the traditional alpine macoroni or rosti were not featured. Good breakfast choice though.Don't let this put you off. It's a great place to stay.

Dirty carpet, socket-outlet falling out of the wall, breakfast was meh, dishes on the dinner menu are only available on some days (surprize), weird odor in bathroom

Friendly staff, printed out two documents for me, facilities quite old, good breakfast, quiet, in the middle of the village, good rate for Swiss standard.

Room a bit outdated, no workspace, staff hardly spoke German, thoug not too much of a problem, they were friendly. However, to this day, I'm waiting for my invoice. I had to fill in all sorts of paperwork for my company to get my expenses back. I asked at reception, they told me they can't do it themselves, only their boss could (who wasn't there). For a month, I wrote e-mails and messaged on booking.com, nor response to this day. That is very poor customer service and cost them several points in my review.

The climb up from Visp was a bit more than I expected.

Good location and views, pleasant temperature of the room, refurbished bathroom, kind staff, confortable pillows.

Even if we ask the property to a parking space, there was no enough parking space and we had to pay. One day they don’t clean the bedroom (we put the label). Not enough towels or bathroom amenities when they replaced them (and no slippers, even they say it here). The check out is before what appears in booking. Not much variety at breakfast (less for a vegan). Some of the staff don’t speak English.
