Great accommodation ? excellent beds when traveling with kids. Very clean and modern ?

Not so much diversity at breakfast. Missing some vegetables. Otherwise ok!

Not big, but comfy rooms with gorgeous view, tasty breakfast

There are no elevators, taxes are not included, total price is not super friendly (but for Switzerland might be average, I am not an expert)

We loved all of the extras- so much for the kids to do! The breakfast was great, and the family room was very spacious.

It got a little hot in the room, but they did provide a fan! That was a great detail.

There is one large area used for drying clothes and storing skis/equipment but it's not big enough when the hotel and campsite are full. Is not a big deal but the setup could be improved.

a very nice resort in a calm area. although the room was quite small, it had a spacious bathroom, a balcony and there is a very good shared kitchen on the floor.

Great Location: The hotel is situated in a beautiful, peaceful area, perfect for those who love nature and want to be close to scenic landscapes. It’s an excellent spot for outdoor enthusiasts and campers.

Not Ideal for Hotel Stays: While the location is great for camping, it doesn't translate well into a hotel experience. The rooms felt more like basic camping cabins rather than a proper hotel setup.Lacking Comfort: The amenities were quite minimal, and the overall comfort level was far below what one would expect from a hotel. The focus seemed to be more on outdoor activities than on ensuring the comfort and convenience of hotel guests

Clean, modern, good indoor swimming pool.

Restaurant menu limited in choice and service hours. Mosquito net would be useful on the bedroom windows.

The hotel was very good and the view was very beautifull.The staff was very kind and supportive.I like very much this hotel.

Lots of activities for the kids right in front of the hotel. Clean room with a fun layout. Plenty of parking space.

Breakfast was one of the worst i have ever had. Very little choice and overall poor quality. Also a very rude waitress.Location is not very appealing. Area with lots of factories around. The village of Frutigen was one of the least cozy we visited during our tour in Berner Oberland. Kandersteg is much nicer. Rooms were small and had no airco, only 1 fan who did not provide for a good night’s rest.

The beautiful view on the mountains.

There was no air conditioner in the room just a ventilator. It was pretty hot in the room and the ventilator wasn’t enough.

Very pleasant stay. Perfect location, comfortable rooms, no problem with parking, good food, helpful staff. Family really liked the balcony where we could spend evenings and relax.

Beautiful property with a view of the mountains. A great base for exploring the canton of Bern. Nice service. Family rooms. Parking for CH 5/day. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Good breakfasts.

The breakfast and other menu items are not good. The hotel is in a remote place and lacks transportation from near railway/bus station.

Perfect place for families, endless activities for all ages, comfortable beds, and good breakfast choices.

Our room did not have a refrigerator which was disappointing. The loft area was warm/stuffy at night.
