Enjoying a central location at the banks of the Aare River, Hotel Central Continental is set in a historic building and is only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken-West Train Station. It offers a rich American breakfast. All bright rooms provide a private bathroom and a TV. Some also have balconies with views of the impressive Jungfrau Massif. The Galway Quay's Irish Pub, a cocktail bar and an Asian restaurant can be found on site. In winter, the Grindelwald and the Jungfrau ski areas can be reached within 30 minutes. The boat pier on Lake Thun is only a 5-minute walk away.

only thing i can say is the location
Location is excellent but room were not cleaning properly Floor was not cleaning .
Excellent location close to the train station. Nice room with a view.

Cons -

the hotel is old and they don't really care about it, the owner's dog just running around in the hotel and in to the kitchen as well. The breakfast is suck. and they will open your room at 10:30 tell you to check out, and leave your door wild open.

We had to wait several hours to check in. There was no one to check us in when we arrived at the hotel. This is an older property. Breakfast could have been better.

Location

Nice to have free breakfast but the egg station was not great - they need a new flat grill and offer hard boiled eggs. Shower had mold on the grout.
