The location and the room were very nice with a nice view. Its next to the railway station room is cozy and comfortable.

Only the door of the bathroom it should be tampered or half covered it feels very uncomfortable.

The check in process was incredibly frustrating. The mobile key didnt work bc cell reception was spotty. They have a 24 hr button and the person was trying to help. Luckily you can program physical keys , which I did,BUT it was difficult to sort where the pad to open the door was bc it was 3’ from the door and not labeled! Breakfast wasn’t a hige spread and since there is no attendant, there is no one to ensure mire food is available if you go to breakfast towards the later part of breakfast period

Can’t control room temperature. It was hot weather. We couldn’t sleep. Mosquito flew around.

We were planning to visit Vaduz, and the hotel is located 5 min drive from it, so it was the perfect place to sleep before we went there. This is a fully digitized hotel, aka no one works there. There is no reception or any other facilities. You check in and out online through your phone (so you need to have Internet to get in). It is only on the second floor; the other floors in the building have other businesses. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was included, but very limited.

The bathroom was enclosed in glass and was very see-through, which is a bit uncomfortable, so we had to leave the room when the other person used the bathroom to give them privacy. There is not much happening outside the hotel; there is a train station for Sevelen and that's about it. It took us a while to figure out how to check in and what to do, so it may not be the best accommodations for people who are not able to figure out technology on their own.

It’s located right next to the transit center, but still very quiet. It has excellent climate control and continental breakfast. The automated check-in was easy to use, which is a boon to a jet-lagged tourist. As my real destination was Vaduz, it’s just a short bus ride or a pleasant walk away- and much cheaper!

In my room the slide door to the toilet didn’t function at all - it was fixed and didn’t move at all. And just directly in front of this non-closing door there is a huge window from top to floor, meaning there is a perfect visibility of a person inside the room going to the toilet or getting out from the shower. Since this window was closed with blinds from outside I assume that hotel knows about the issue with the non-closing door.Also I received a „fishing“ SMS directly to my phone on my check-out day early in the morning with the request to use „this link“ in order to get an invoice for my company about my stay in the hotel. It means that the data I put into the hotels database while self checking-in process becomes available to some third parties who know my phone number and my date of check-out.

Modern, clean, cozy and peaceful place to stay It was the first time I stayed at a self-service hotel, and I enjoyed this experience! It is a very cozy, clean and peaceful place with a wonderful view and surroundings (mountains and houses with plantations). There are big Lidl and ALDI supermarkets in 15-20 minutes by foot.The breakfast was okay: yogurts, ham, cheese, muesli, milk, orange juice and fresh bread; It is also convenient that it starts at 6.30We also appreciated free tea and nice coffee during the day, which helped us to warm up during cloudy and rainy day and feel even more comfortable!

1 There were no eggs at the breakfast, that was expected (maybe by 8.30 am there are no more of them)2 The sink tap has not enough space and be touched while washing hands.3 It would be nice to have a fridge in the room for a long stay.

-Poor breakfast , not enough quantities for all guests - no air cooler /air condition , only a cheap Chinese fun . No option to open the window for fresh air due to mosquitos , no window screen

Unable to check in to the hotel as it is all automated and the machine which encodes the key cards was broken. As this is a hotel with no staff on the premises I tried to phone the head office in Liechtenstein but only one person spoke English. It took 75 minutes from arrival at the hotel to actually entering the room. After 1 hr without successfully solving the problem I asked for a refund so I could go to another hotel. - This was refused. The room was very clean, but also very warm as there was no AC or fan, opening the window meant all the the road noise and train noise ( station is approx 100m away) kept us awake then woke us very early. Very disappointed!

Simple facilitation at the location with the digital solution, thus very independent for arrival and departure.

While the solution for the breakfast as a buffet is good and open from early on, the choice is a little limited and the bread felt old.

Big comfortable room, a coffee and tea machine into the breakfast room.

No fridge in the room

Cold and noisy neighbours. Was a nightmare.

Heating not working in December, Room cold when we arrived, not well isolited with extremely noisy neighbors with making huge noise from 2-3am.

The automated staffless check-in process was smooth and we were able to arrive and access the room with no problems. The room itself was comfortable with decent beds and a good shower and bathroom too. The breakfast was good for the price

you have to be smart enough to figure out how to make room key by your onw. no bread left for breakfast at 9 am.

Its clean and parking available, complementary free

No AC, no isolation any movement in other room you will hear it , its noisy , difficult in check in the door it was close and the self check inside building

Lovely Honesty approach for a Nice Staff Free Breakfast

My card got de-activated and I needed to make another one.

Breakfast was good. It was all self-serve and a worker was able to show us where everything was which made it easier.

Not knowing the protocol for contactless entry, it took some doing but we were able to get help on the phone which then expedited the process of entry. Also, we were told that we could park anywhere in the parking lot. However, when I was loading up the car I was told that we were not allowed to park in the front of the parking lot, that we were to park in the back.

Excellent modern clean rooms close to Vaduz (easy reach by car)
