Pros +

• Great location Great service Friendly staff Lovely food
• its authenticity and individuality. Beautiful position right on the river. Run by people who take hospitality, and food, with the right amount of seriousness and respect. Professional and charming, great character, elegant and quintessentially French.
• Had to leave after 1 hour and did not stay at this property. Nothing positive, do not book!

Cons -

• See-through curtains in the bathroom (which looked out onto the river)
• Our room was in a separate building opposite the hotel in a public car park. The room was infested with bugs. We removed a number of these bugs and more and more kept coming. We reported this to hotel staff who turned up with a brush to remove some. But more kept coming. We asked to move rooms to the main hotel, but the staff offered a room in the same infested building. If we wanted to stay in the hotel, we would have to pay nearly 200 more. The staff were very rude, stormed off back to the hotel when we said we didnt want to pay extra for moving out of their dirty, unhealthy and unsafe infested room. Although we had only been there 1-2 hours, the staff refused to cancel our booking without fees. I have been charged full price for a room I didnt stay in and was unsafe. Do not stay here!!!!
