Hotel Stefania Boutique Hotel by the Beach

Great location with views of the ocean, which was just a couple of minutes walk. it's in a quiet area, with no road noise. Close to the airport at only 15 minutes.

A little rough around the edges, which a little updating would take care of.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful location! The room and bathroom were very clean and there was a nice terrace with chairs over looking the yard and pool, and we could see Tavolara island in the distance. It’s just a short walk to the beach! We had dinner at the hotel and were given a complimentary drink. The food was pretty good and the staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was hard (I didn’t mind it but my husband didn’t like it) and the pillows were more stiff than fluffy.

The restaurant needs a more casual lunch menu-apparently they used to have one but now lunch and dinner choices are the same.

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Friendly staff and interesting place. Plenty of off street parking and excellent European breakfast.

If you like staying at the Marriott or Hilton, this hotel is not for you. It is eclectic, interesting and cozy. We loved it.

It is a nice place to stay.The breakfast was very abundant.Also, there is a beach very close and the guests can stay and use the chairs with no charge.

It is a bit far away from the city center.

Close to a beautiful beach with lounges and umbrellas operated by the hotel for a fee. When you’re finished with beach activities lounge by the pool where you will be waited on by a nice gentleman who makes fantastic cocktails. Rooms are clean and peaceful. The staff are five stars.

The only positive is it’s location to the beach.

The quality of the room was very poor, mould in the bathroom, a cracked basin, an air conditioning unit that sounded like a jet engine. The decor was from a previous era, some of the art work had visible damp marks, it could be a great hotel if it really was boutique and not antique. We paid far too much money for such poor room. The biggest insult having paid €275 per night was a further €25 to use a sun lounger on the beach as we had used booking.com. Luckily a nearby bar offered the same with better facilities. We will not be returning.

convenient location to the Airport. The facility was crystal clean and the staff provided exceptional service. The Beach is a short walk. The gym was an added plus and the service from Nino's restaurant and teh quality of the food was excellent. We would return here again on our next trip to Sardegna

The nearby beach is stunning, we really loved hanging out there most of the day. The location itself is great and the property overall is beautiful albeit small. The room was also good, we had no significant issues. The breakfast was also decent.

The restaurant was a definite scam. The daily menu overpromised and did not deliver. The food was precooked (including the fish!) and tasted stale. The second night we tried the a la carte menu and it was also average at best. The prices did not match the quality at all! Definitely would not recommend eating there at all. the nearby beach clubs and pizza place are MUCH better.The restaurant staff were also quite dismissive (except for one younger man). It was quite uncomfortable dining there and we did not feel welcome at all. There is very little on offer in terms of amenities as well. The beach towels were extremely worn out. The room also smelled quite musty the entire stay.. The day we were leaving, we were due to check out before breakfast so the reception promised us the night before that they could offer us something small in the morning as it was quite early. However the receptionist we found in the morning said he had not been informed and that he would not be able to offer anything.

The beach was close to the hotel and the lady in the reception gave us free chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach for the whole week which was totally brilliant and very kind of them or else it would costs us 25 Euros everyday!Servers and people working there were super nice. Breakfast was so good plus it had great views!! So close to the airport!!

Loved this place! Feels like home! Amazing location, great service, amazing staff! Ladies at the reception absolutely adorable!?? gentlemen at the restaurant as well! Food is great!

Loved everything about this hotel!

Fantastic staff, attentive very friendly and most very cheerful. The villa was by european standard very large and inviting. I could walk barefoot on the floors and my feet remained clean. Excellent dining experience even gluten free options that were fantastic. Very close to the beach. A definite repeat for me.

The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. We were tired from driving and the lady gave us 2 drinks and a beach pass to rest up before our room was ready. She also booked a boat tour for us which was our favorite part of our stay. The room was small but very cute. The hammocks outside our room were very relaxing. The beach is just a 5 min walk away and they have their own private chairs you can rent. We also got pool drinks and Pablo? Pedro? He was very friendly. It's a quiet vibe and people were sleeping in their lounge chairs a lot. The mini fridge was stocked with wine, water, soda was nice. Mama Beach was a good spot for food/drinks. The hotel breakfast had plenty to choose from. Fresh cherries, other fruits, toast, croissants, juices, eggs, etc. etc. We enjoyed our stay!

We ate at the main restaurant which was ok. The owner Nino wasn't very friendly after we thanked him for having us several times and tried to say hello. The waiters were very attentive though. There was a language barrier with some of the wait staff when we would order things something else came even if we were speaking Italian. The AC in the room wasn't very cold and was more of like a wall fan. But the lobby had great AC.

Nothing really. We arrived at 11:30pm and we left in the morning because there was nothing, including the beach, that was worth it our time.

The pictures from the website have nothing to do with actual hotel: location, room, beach, etc etc. It’s overpriced and there are places much cheaper and much nicer than this hotel. Boutique Hotel means is elegant, modern, contemporary. There is nothing about Boutique for this place.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. The beach is just a walking distance, very well maintained garden and oh.. ask for the Sardinian white wine. It was good wine

Restaurant doesn’t have kids menu or meat options.. more to seafood but I am glad they made an effort to provide my kid a meat dish upon request.

This property is not a 4 star hotel,I would rate it 3 stars.The villa room was small and basic.All facilities were dated and old.
