- We fell in love with the sea/garden views from our room and the dinners. If you are booking this hotel, make sure you go half board. The location and the timing was perfect for a relaxing and quiet holiday, which was what we wanted. Might not be the place for party and entertainment seekers but we were content with all that the hotel offered. We were worried it would look run down and have sewage smell due to the comments but neither has been our experience.

Cons -
- The hotel is old . The restaurant is working just until 22h.In the room, it is not possible to charge more than 1 phone .Taxi from the hotel is hard to get. It's too expensive for what you get .
- Breakfast is plenty and buffet style but since it's a 4-star hotel, it could include some local product varieties such as cheeses, jams and pastries.
- Sadly without being informed prior we were told the pool was closed, so we were disappointed at poor customer service not telling us this or any offer of a goodwill gesture to make up for this. . Breakfast although very nice was spoilt in that you had to keep trying to get waiters attention for tea or coffee with long waits, would have been easier to have self serve tea and coffee as then waiters would not have been so run off their feet. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have transport ie your own car as it is quiet remote and you can’t walk easily into town or local area. There a shuttle to the beach but that’s all.

The breakfast was good, room as well.
the smell around the hotel (sewer) was really putting us off. luckily it disappeared after a day. But this is not acceptable as it effects all areas. The corridors are having the damp/sewer smell, even on the balcony of the room it got there a certain moment. The beds are too hard, only after we asked for a mattress topper it was better/acceptable. (but we missed the one night of good sleep). First impressions are the ones that people remember
Comfortable hotel, great food and an awesome pool
The property is perfectly located and has amazing views. It is clean and staff were great
Rooms are a little dated
The outside spaces are well maintained and the breakfast room was good with an amazing view
The room and all the other indoor spaces are extremely outdated. They are not very big and some things do not work properly. Out toilet flush was making a crazy noise, particularly disturbing over night. We have requested 3 times in the reception for somebody to have a look, but we got no feedback and it was malfunctioning the entire stay (6 nights). The lights in the toilet were blinking and very annoying. There was a very strong sewer smell around the entrance and in the pool area.
Room was ok, just not very nice decorated. Bath was nicely decorated, but shower extrem small. View from the Restaurant was beautiful.
Pick up service was delayed by 1 hour. Traffic was an excuse - there was no traffic excusing 1 hour. Driver was just busy with other things. Only after second complain, hotel recduced the fare by 50 %. That was nice. Restaurant only hat menue (45 EURO) or starter-buffet (25 EURO). Both was ok, but not more. To stay at the hotel, you need your own car. Guests have most been couples with 65 +.
We stayed for two nights at the hotel and while the pool area was fantastic the air con in our family junior suite was i
Swimming pool, grounds, food and most staff
Noisy a/c unit just outside our room
Location and magnificent views from the apartment.
The typical Sardinian dinner was very bad.Worse only the lack of manners of the head of the restaurant.
The pool and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Our room had a spectacular view and comfortable beds. Location very central and close to beaches.
I found the staff to be quite rude, not particularly happy to be there or accommodating. I chose to upgrade our room to a superior. It had a large balcony but no table or chairs so we could not sit anywhere. Also the room did not have any coffee or tea, and when we asked for coffee it was given to us in plastic cups and a surcharge applied. That is not a 4 star standard. On two occasions we were having the buffet breakfast and there was hair in the food at the buffet. I feel the staff should be monitoring this.
the staff was courteous and prompt. rooms clean and lovely, breakfast was good. the pool was very charming
the aircon is wasn’t powerful
Beautyful view, good location, correct service.
The apartment is a bit poorly equipped, but we had a great time.
Very nice placed, with Charme, clean. The food was good and the staff was friendly but with distance.
Next to the main pool there was a strong smell like from a cesspool. All doors of our appartment, inclusive the main door were not moving good or closing, one doors frame was broken and while trying to close the door small parts of the wall felt down. From 3 air conditions only 1 worked. I complained and got an acceptable return like for one room less. The television was from the 80s. I thought to have breakfast with a great view and outside, but it is only inside and because of corona guest have all time the same table. Our was most far away from a window at the very back. I asked for to change but was even not possible for one day. We took then our breakfast outside of our appartment, were we had a good view. A disadvatage of the appartment was, that all were some kilometers way from the Hotel and nobody took care. So some made parties there and moving tables in the floor above us at 1.30 am. It could had been nice but except to think we have 4 stars the owner has not any idea what 4 stars should mean.
Nice balcony in my room. Room was clean. Good price.
The breakfast was horrible. On top of that, the staff didn’t let us sit in the nice tables with the view because “they reserve those tables for dinner”. Which seems like an incredibly stupid policy - when you walk into the sitting area, all the tables with nice views are empty, and the side tables are all full and crowded - everyone is on top of each other, which also makes no sense in terms of COVID.
Very beautiful place
Breakfast is not very good
Fantastic location and beautiful surrounds
Staff
Bathroom decoration is too old fashion and flush too noise.
