Good location and reasonably helpful staff.

The shower was poor and the bathroom was in need of refurbishing. Breakfast wasn’t good, the cereal had chocolate in, there was no cold milk and the toaster didn’t work properly.

Great location and fairly quiet. Close to the centre and nearby several good bars and trattorias.

Its old and needs some renovations. Price could be also lower. You can have much more for the same price elsewhere. Breakfast is limited but ok. We should have a bathtube but instead there was just a tiny shower so the pictures are very misleading. There is no kettle or coffee machine nor a free water so the service is really poor.Also I ask at the front dest about helping because our car was robbed just few minutes away before the check-in but the lady was not very helpful about giving directions or even a phone number to the local police and said its normal to be robbed in Olbia! WTF?!

The size of the room is big enough for two people. The bathroom is a bit older but the value for the money is ok. The room was clean and the staff was very polite and professional. The city center is 10-15 minutes walk away. There is a parking that is free. Breakfast is nice - typical Sardinian/Italian - sweet. :)

The only thing missing is chairs/table on the balcony. The balcony is completely empty.

location ,staff and Cleanliness is ok .Situated in great location to Olbia and Golfo aranci and Costa Smeralda.

Facilities are value of money is too expensive for the quality of hold style and most of part on it is broken and also repair in a bad condition.

The list would be so long...Old and delapidated hotel, poor cleaning and organisation, absolutely ridiculous breakfast with roten fruit,some bread that the waitress would re-fill but only 4 or 5 little bread rolls at the time, making people to run trying to get one - I did not run,thus I did not get it..Honestly I'm still trying to overcome the frustration of having spent 82€ for one night in this place.

Central location; had a parking; included breakfast was good if you like a sweet breakfast.

We had to change rooms upon arrival as it wasn’t cleaned properly, and it had an unbearable smell. Our second room smelled less, but we then realized that said smell was mould, mixed in with bleach and paint. It was all over the property, including the breakfast area. Property is very run down: chipped paint, needed renovations, doors still operating on keys (when they worked) that made us feel unsafe. Did not get a nice sleep in any of the nights.

Olbia is very overpriced

we really liked the balcony, the air conditioning was really strong, the room was good isolated we didn’t hear our neighbours, although the hotel being old they tried to remodel it by using app control door opening (cool idea)

the shower was rusty, the staff was a bit unfriendly, the breakfast had no good variety really (I mean only cake and yoghurt? what about ham eggs salami fruit or something like that?), day tax 3€ pP is a bit high
