Clean. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Nice customer service

Friendly shaff. Spacious bedroom and modern bathroom.

The place felt quite old fashioned and was in no way in keeping with my expectations of a 4 star hotel! Orbia is a dump too and at a -- euros a night I would have expected more.

The hotel staff was very nice and helped us with any questions we had.

Every thing was excellent, the room was big, the bed was amazing and the bethroom was great! I really recommend stay in Colonna Palace Hotel!

The location is on a quiet road, just 20 meters from the bus's main stop and basically 100 meters from Olbia's main shop street.Great!

I liked the breakfast, but they did not provide any food variation during the 3 nights we stayed. So the food was good, but just know that it gets repetitive if you stay more nights.

Hospitality of staff! We were very satisfied with the room, everything was clean, spacious room, tiles on the floor, room with charm!

Very nice, traditional Italian hotel. Very comfortable with a large bathroom (with a bidet, which unfortunately doesn’t exist in many modern hotels and is very much appreciated by many of us). Excellent blinds with blackout curtains too for a restful sleep. This hotel was a nice surprise. Very friendly staff, thank you !

The big room with balcony and free parking that gets packed so sometimes you need to park outside at the street with no surveliance. The wifi inside the room worked well. There is a gluten and lactose free restaurant close to the hotel, like 5 minutes walking called "Be Free" but closes early at nights so make sure to go early or for breakfast and lunch when is open.

The area is full of trash, everywhere you see there is garbage. The hotel is far away from the pedestrian zone of the town and in an ugly neighborhood full of trash everywhere. The breakfast buffet is a joke...fresh fruits for example are oranges and bananas....one type of extremely cheap jam and chesse and no gluten neither lactose free options. Nothing to see or go near the surroundings of the hotel. Easily 30 minutes walk to get to the pedestrian zone which is a single street with some nice shops and not much to see.

Polite and professional staff at the reception ready to help. Very easy and fast check in.They have a small parking.City center is very close, 7 min walk.Nice view from the room on Olbia, with decent size room.Bathroom was also decent size.

Parking is small, and very limited and you cannot reserve it.The hotel has no gym.The breakfast is not included in the rate, and it should be for the price.WIFI was slow.The neighborhood is little shady with lot of yelling and screaming during the day and night especially, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Beautiful property and great location right beside train station and short walk to centre of Olbia. We got a great top floor room with and amazing view of the city.
