Beds were OK, separate cottages with not many neighbours, no loud music, noises

Personnel very unhelpful, no normal windows (no fresh air), in a room like in a box. Very uncomfortable to travel not with a private car, no infrastructure, very expensive breakfast.

Very good breakfast and dinner with fresh food. Beautiful pool swimming. A litle house for each client with garden and a lot of space. Free car parking. 13 min from Porto Rotondo and 20 min from Porto Cervo.

At dinner the bread was never fresh. At the arrival the staff didn't explain that we have included breakfast and dinner, didn't explain where was the restaurant and the schedule. The clean service sometimes forget to remove the trash.

A lovely hotel very close to Olbia but in a peaceful location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. The pool and bar area was excellent. A perfect location for s short stay.

Coffee at breakfast was from a machine. It was not good with no option to request a real espresso or cappuccino from the bar, which was closed. Not what you would expect from an Italian hotel.

We loved having the pool and the rooms are well appointed.

The limited dinner and lunch options. Transport options are limited. It is not easy getting into Porto Rotondo or elsewhere without a car.

Excellent responsive hotel staff! Thank you very much for your support in finding transport for my group! You did the impossible in such a short time! Calmly, with a supportive smile! I wish you many good customers without problems, as in my case. Hotel relaxing, beautiful environment, good pool plus transfer to the beach, good cuisine in the restaurant and nice service. Everything was great!

Hotel is hosting groups ( low season ) : Breakfast buffet was very busy with a long queue to the unique coffee machine ! Very average quality of food ( croissant were really not good ) . Limited choice on the buffet

Resort was lovely, room spacious and well decorated. The resort had everything you needed and was well connected to the road network for exploring the northern half of Sardinia. Pool was very nice. Food in the hotel was of a good standard

The location of the hotel was a bit further out of a town than we would have looked for had we realised. Thankfully we had a hire car so could travel around.Hotel did put on a shuttle service to the nearest town that seemed well used and had good timings but we didn't use it so can't comment more than that

The facilities were good, the restaurant was overpriced and food not great. The rooms need an upgrade, very old, beds not comfortable, not at all goof for small children, upstairs bathroom, kids beds upstairs were not real beds more like an old metal frame day bed. Bathrooms were terrible, need to be renovated properly. Old dirty shower curtains was draping on the floor of shower, you had to stand on the curtain to shower. Mosquitoes everywhere I the room. Shame as the facilities were beautiful. Location was very isolated you need a car to get anywhere, taxi is always late and $80 euro to go anywhere. Resort charged for beach towels and only had 1 Iron in the whole resort. Over all ok but not worth the money and should have stayed in town.

The rooms, they need an upgrade and shower head falling off all the time so you have to hold OT, showers were so old they felt dirty.

Lovely pool area, and nice individual rooms

The staff at the bar were pissed off about making cocktails, when you could find them. The dining room could be better, the chef had a nice menu but they could make it a nicer experience. Lovely dining room staff that brought it together. Wine list needs to be improved, disappointing for Italy.

Nice place with a gorgeous pool, gym, nice atmosphere and shuttle bus to a nice beach close by.

The evening entertainment with a singer in the restaurant - she didn't sing that well...

Our daughter loved the pool

Location is on the bay so nothing close or walkable and the beach is not good (our fault not checking this though) Room was a family room with a mezzanine but the bannisters were so wobbly and unsafe we had to tell our daughter not to go near them. Everything was tired and worn, with cheap plastic cups and no toiletries. It was also facing a car park which wasn’t pleasant. Majority of the staff were not friendly until our Italian speaking friend asked for things, even though we tried to speak the limited italian we knew (Daniela was exceptionally nice though!). We were also told we had to have the €40 set menu for dinner but our Italian friends were told they could order whatever they wanted. On the last day our room wouldn’t lock and they just told us they’d put our valuables in their safe until we left the next day, so we went out for dinner then slept with the door unlocked.

The pool, the grounds (very well maintained and green), the location (super quiet but in short driving distance from several beaches and more entertaining places such as Porto Cervo)

The food was not the greatest. We had half-board which included breakfast (was ok) and dinner (which could be better). The dinner was not buffet style but rather fixed menu so not much choice.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was well air conditioned and clean, the bar staff were very friendly.

We had paid for a superior room with a sea view. But our room didn't have a sea view and they didn't change it for us because there weren't any available. In the morning we could not make coffee in the room or buy from the bar because the bar opened at 10 o'clock. We didn't have breakfast included because we don't have breakfast in the morning. We asked for an iron, but we waited 2 days for an iron and they did not bring it to us. The hotel beach smells of mud and the water is cloudy.

The pool and little private beach and green area are big and nice so far

The rooms are old, the bathrooms are horrible old and outdated and don’t feel comfortable standard for a resort or hotel more like a bungalow without stars.
