Hotel Abbaruja

Location was nice

When we came back to Netherlands we realized we forgot our car key. We found out that we lost it in this hotel 10 days ago and we had to spend 300 euro (rented another car to get our spare key from our house) The staff of the hotel didnt even bother to call and let us know that there is a forgotten item in the room for 10 days!!! We could easily get it while we were in the island but they prefer to pretend nothing happened.

The property was close enough to the airport for a quick lay over, yet walking distance to a nice beach.Great for a quick stay on your way to your final destination.Very kind and helpful staff!Clean rooms. Classic and simple .Good hot water and pressure in the shower.Basic breakfast.Walking distance to a few restaurants.Good Value.

Hotel is in flight path to airport, so expect a little airplane noise in the morning and day time.Bed and pillows are a little hard, yet common in most European hotels.Be mindful taxi will cost 35-40 Euros 1 way to or from airport -completely independent from hotel.

Hotel is really good value for money, staff is very responsive and friendly. Really good location to go to the beach, bus stop is very close as well. Room is comfortable and clean.

A bit expensive, but the area dictates prices...

The owners and staff of the hotel were the most friendly people and were always ready to help you out. The location was also amazing, the beach was 5 minutes walking. Overall, had a great stay with a clean hotel room and a lovely breakfast.

Very nice stay in this hotel, it was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is close by beautiful beach and some nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We went for a boat trip to La Maddalena from Palau, so it was a perfect location to stay.

Location amazing and Roberto was really nice! Even borrowed us some sun umbrellas!

It was so close to the beach and restaurant and really had a homey feel like you were apart of the fam! Good selection for breakky

The staff was very friendly. The location was very good. It was only five minutes away from the white sand beach. A little supermarket was two minutes away from the hotel. Al Volo restaurant was one minute away. They had very good food (pizza and seafood). Hotel Abbaruja has breakfast, which is amazing in my opinion. Me and my fiancee had a very VERY nice vacation here. Looking forward to come back again.

Nice comfortable hotel with some patina and character. Owners were lovely and very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was a little limited but adequate.

I liked that the hotel was in a nice quiet town and close to some beautiful beaches. The staff were friendly and it was lovely to have breakfast each morning in the garden.

Breakfast superb and only 150 metres from a lovely beach and beach bar and restaurants. Takeaway pizzas and pastas only 150 metres along the main road and supermarket a further 100 metres.

Bed too short and access to the bed cramped

I dont like the internet no work fine

This hotel is located in a splendid garden with old trees and bushes, lovely flowers. There are two rocking chairs. To reach your room you walk on an alley surrounded by plants, delightful. Room was very clean. Breakfast good, coffee good too. Staff nice and very helpful, I asked for a beach towel and it was provided for free.

The hotel is just where I wanted it, within a short walk to the beach. Parking on site was readily available as well. Breakfast was excellent and the manager was very friendly and helpful.

the bed was a little hard and furniture was a little old

perfect location for a beach holiday. the stuff provided the sun umbrella and towels which was helpful. AC worked good, it was important during hot august.

The room is tiny. sort of outdated but works for vacation as u do not spend much time there. i think it is overpriced but generally it is the price in Sardinia for being close to the beach.
