The room was big, clean and comfortable.Toiletry is simple, but plenty.The jacuzzi and the spa massage was very relaxing.Parking was easy.

Breakfast service could be simpler, tho this way you don't over eat.The coffee was not great, find a drink with the right amount of milk took a few tries.The restaurant was closed but the reception didn't seem to know.

The staff people were kind, the food was great, and the rooms were comfortable. The only observation is that the team iron that they gave me was too old. Besides that, I 100% recommend this hotel!

Old Steam Iron

We got a free upgraded room which gave us access to the spa which was amazing. The roomItself was amazing with far reaching views and a wonderful balcony. Room service and Breakfast was also good.

It’s a little out of town

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. I would come back 100%

I didn't understand the concept of the breakfast setup. Nothing was self-serve; everything was behind a counter. I understand this for some products, like the salmon, but even the yogurt, croissants, and toast had to be handed out by the staff. You always had to wait for the person behind the counter to give you the product. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, and the staff always asked how much of each item you wanted. However, I think not every product needs to be behind a glass wall.

Staff is amazing (especially Laura). The bed is extremely comfortable, the hotel is clean and beautiful.

The pool was cold

A clean and well run hotel with great staff, nice rooms, very nice breakfast, and plenty of parking. You can walk or catch a bus to the city centre. Good value for money.

Large room with nice balcony, good location, easy check in and out process, very helpful receptionts, the only issue is the housekeeping that does not mop the floor or clean thr bathroom daily, she only do the bed cover and take the grabage, she even didnt refill tea or espresso capsules, we always used to request it through the phoneGreat parking space Comfy bed an pillows

People are super friendly and good sense of humour. Breakfast is also good with good selection and quality!

The shower was not very clean. The spoons near the coffee machine were not cleaned. Small details.The information in the book at the room is not aligned with the information at reception. In the book it said that the swimming pool opens at 10am and at reception it says 8am. If I had know. I could have had my morning swim. No info on gym in the book and again at reception it was mentioned so my sports in the morning were missed out which is important to me but not the end of the world. The kindness of the personnel made up for it!

Superb

The breakfast is not a buffet! You need to ask hotel staff what you would like e.g. a slice of cheese, or ham, or a piece of fruit. It is not an enjoyable experience - surely there are other ways to prevent food waste.

The Staff is absolutely amazing. Always friendly and helpful with a smile, nothing was to difficult. They made the hotel a home during our holiday. We stayed in hotels around the world but this time we have been treated like friends.

Everything was perfect for us.

Room size was ok, balcony looked over a carpark so not the best. Breakfast was superb, very clever having servers ask you what you want so no waste. Very clean.

Balcony view over a carpark. Location when we didnt have a car, so had to take a bus down the hill to the main centre, and then a bus to wherever we wanted to go.

The location was perfect for us. Bus stop practically at the doorstep. The room was spacious and very very clean. It’s not in a tourist hot spot. But fabulous for local dinning. Supermarket next door. Wednesday markets just a couple of streets away. Staff so friendly. Loved the roof top bar and choice of two pools. Great breakfast variety and super attentive staff. Quiet rooms and we had great views of the mountains.

Only one thing was hot breakfast like eggs, bacon is very hot. Other selections certainly compensated for this.

Great hotel to explore Olbia. Lovely room, nice pool on the ground floor and fun splash pool on the roof with pool bar. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Excellent breakfast, supermarket next door, bus stop very close to the hotel, making it very convenient to reach the downtown area.

It would have been nice to be able to dine at the roof top bar.

Hotel was very clean, food was good, staff super efficient, very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent for what we wanted. There was a large supermarket on the doorstep and some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Location - it is located just outside of the main town of Olbia and within a more commercial area (buildings and streets are a bit worn in part) and it is on a long busy road. It doesn't feel much like a holiday destination until you reach the main Town or Beach. It is excellent though for business conferences etc. There were also some families with young children and they seemed to be happy.
