Hotel Sa Pedra

Nice accommodations outside of Olbia, but close to bus stop to take you into town. Grounds were beautiful, pool very relaxing. Staff was so friendly, exceptional customer service. Free parking was convenient and much appreciated

Very nice hotel - nice and spacious room, with a big balcony. Very friendly staff, very nice pool area, with sunbeds on the grass. Good food (we only had breakfast), and as bonus a pasticceria at the ground floor with very good sweets. Lots of parking spaces available.

The location is a bit remote, but we knew this when we booked.

Very bad experience

Too old, furniture qnd facilities are runned down.I booked a double room but I was given a Twin room with the 2 beds joined together

Great location to reach Olbia and most beaches further north or in San Teodor by car; nice, spacious parking place in front of the hotel; gorgeous garden surrounding the hotel; warm and helpful staff; free shuttle van to the nearby Porto Istana beach several times per day.

The room and the bathroom are slightly old; the pool wasn’t very clean; the breakfast was poor and the same every day.

Beautiful hotel. The garden and pool made it really nice. There are nice beaches near by. Kind staf and breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good but needed some extra vegetables.

Swimming pool, food, hotel staff, nice quiet area, clean rooms, beautiful garden, no far away to the beach for walk. No far away from airport just 15 minutes

Hotel was in good location!

Hotel has a little problem with ants,every morning there was highway of them in the bathroom.Some of the cleaning ladies never knocked before entering-so we were surprised few times with someone entering our room with us in it.Shower cabin needs a seal,had to shower in one corner, otherwise the whole bathroom flooded very badly.

We had ants in toilet and beds and they didnt change our room until last night after complaining twice. Our room was by a busy road and we had to walk along the road with babies to get to breakfast and facilities.

The staff here were amazing, I asked a lot of questions about public transport and general where to go and they were so helpful. The breakfast was good and had a meal in the restaurant twice which was also really good. Bar staff were kind and always had a smile on their faces. The room was cleaned every day with fresh cups and towels.

We stayed in the apartment which slept 6 people over 3 rooms. My complaint here is that there was only 1 mirror in the bathroom which was really inconvenient, as we had to wait for 5 people to get washed before being able to go in and do make up. Also I struggled to do my hair as I couldn't plug in a hairdryer in the bathroom so had to do it in the bedroom then go in the bathroom to check but we made it work, the staff also tried to get one for us but couldn't. Also the first bedroom didn't have a bedroom door to shut for privacy so I had to get changed in the bathroom. We had to ask for more mugs in our room as there was only 2 left despite booking for 5 people but this was an easy fix.But everything else was really good.

Very clean hotel, lovely gardens and a nice big pool that was meticulously cleaned each morning. Good breakfast in the continental style with a great range, cooked eggs and bacon and then cold meats boiled eggs cheeses and a great selection of croissants, fruit pastries, fresh fruits etc. Room was basic but functional. Near the road but the aircon (which worked very well) drowned out the noise of any cars. Ignore the silly one star reviews from disgruntled customers.

Would have liked a garden room but we booked late so couldn't expect it. Would be great to have a stand up shower with screen but to be fair I stood up with my back to the wall and had a lovely hot shower each day. again some people would complain about this but it was fine for us.

Beautiful gardens with a large pool. Nice big rooms. The staff was great, very helpful and kind.

The air conditioning was noisy

Breakfast had a wide range of products and they were all delicious. Ristorante della nonna caffe was really good with all the amazing cakes including gluten free. The evening staff was really nice too. The hotel receptionist was really helpful too..

The hotel room's towels were not changed on daily basis.

Bar was to the front of the hotel and close to a busy rd. Which was noisy most of the time. It lacked atmosphere.

I loved the gardens, the rooms were clean, the peace and quiet.

Great stay! The swimming pool area is great with plenty of sun loungers available. The staff were exceptional, especially Antonio behind the bar.

The majority of staff were very good and exceedingly helpful. The food is very good. There is a free hotel bus to the beach ⛱️ and back.

I didn't like a shower that flooded the bathroom, a shower that required you to be just 4'2" to stand underneath, or no shower screens to stop the bathroom becoming a water feature.Another thing I didn't like... even though the breakfast area was ready, it couldn't be made available two minutes early when people were waiting (rules are rules, apparently ?), but it was okay to open the door several minutes late! Totally pathetic ? and lacking professionalism.I was always taught that rules are for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise people. Seriously, wake up and get a grip!What else... well, the law of diminishing returns. Bar and snack prices are a little silly. Had they been more sensible, I would have spent a lot more. It's not that I can't afford it. it's... do I want to afford it!There is very little in the area so a car is a good idea.This is a personal opinion, but you must/should decide for yourself.

Central air conditioning has difficulty keeping rooms cool particularly certain rooms.
