Elevator not working

Good location. Good value. Spacious room. Staff very helpful.

Elevator out of commission. Okay for me as a had a backpack, but would be a problem with a larger suitcase.No early check-in. But they do allow you to keep luggage in the lounge.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great.

Maybe it was just the particular night we stayed, but the street noise during the night was very loud and hard to sleep through.

It’s an old styled hotel, old amenities but for one night it will do.

The staff was very kind, they let us leave the baggages until the check-in and after check-out. The hotel is located in the center of Olbia and you can feel the town's vibe. Very good restaurants in the area.

The location is incredible, near a small plaza with restaurants and shops. It is central so everything is a 7-8 minute walk away. The AC works well but the windows also open to a warm breeze. The mini fridge was a pleasant amenity since it allowed me to purchase water to chill as well as fruit to snack on during my stay. The breakfast was also very pleasant with a nice variety of pastries and cereals.

The decor is a bit outdated but this is a minor complaint. It was very clean which for me is most important.

The members that work at Hôtel Terranova are really kind and thoughtful. They were all very caring and always smiling which make the staying even more enjoyable. The breakfast was really good, with Italian pastries. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from Olbia station. it's well located in the center of the city.Rooms have AC also which is a plus when there's a heatwave.i would definitely come back ?

Great location, comfortable room and bed

Great place for 1 night. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Walked to bus station to Santa Teresa Gallura.

In the centrum, close to everything, friendly staff, spacious room and bathroom.

We had to ask for toiletpaper twice, it was quite irritating and inconvenient.

Located right in the centre of Olbia and equipped with air conditioning. Breakfast was simple and fresh.

Bed is not as comfortable but this is subject to personal taste.

Great little hotel close to the square and great restaurants

The key to the door didn’t work I had to get help to open my door and to lock it and the bathroom is pretty tiny

Central location and very friendly staff, they were so helpful and accommodating! I even left some rings at the hotel and they shipped them back to Spain for me, would definitely recommend

It was quaint and seemed to be family run.My room was very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The location was excellent in the center of town.

Perfect location right in the center of old town, 5 min walking distance from train station and also from the bus stop. Staff was so friendly, never getting tired of giving directions how to go around the city and to the best beaches.

- breakfast low quality, and not enough tables to seat every guest- some off the staff were rude, and didn't speak any English (the guy who was at the reception when we arrived was nice though - room walls are very thin, easy to get woken up by other guests
