Location is in city centre-very practical.

When you enter the lobby you are first struck by the moldy smell, which is also present in the stairwell and the escalator. The room was ok, spacious and reasonably clean. The bed and cushions rather uncomfortable.During our stay my car was broken into (parked in the hotel parking which is supervised)- after a lengthy talk with the manger, who was reasonably understanding, no agreement was reached (the hotel denied liability and proposed a lawsuit). The biggest factor why we booked this hotel was the location with guarded parking - BEWARE !

Very small shower, they asked for a 100 euros deposit which was very weird and I never experienced this before.

Staff were lovely and really helpful, rooms great and facilities are good! Easy walk to cafés and the waterfront.

We'd chosen close to the centre for access to restaurants, but hadn't expected loud music close by - nothing to do with the hotel, but would caution other travellers to expect some local noise.

Location was very good. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Not too big but enough for two people. Breakfast was ver good like a 5 star hotel. They also have a free parking which is very important if you have a car

From someone that already went to hotels across 19 countries and 47 cities, I believe I can say this one was one of the cleanest ones. I got really surprised on how everything was so clean and worked well.It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s really comfortable and fits better with the city style

One thing I’d improve is the breakfast. We got really limited options and it was not that organized. I preferred to have breakfast in the local coffees

It’s was Oky but for the price not worth

They tried take £200 deposits of me after I say am not paying that they said it’s Oky however some how I lost my room card won’t even cost them a penny to give they charge me £22 for it they haven’t even told me until I check out they sacm and horrible customer service

Best location for restaurants and shops. I was upgraded to a suite which was so spacious. Bed and pillows were great.

The hotel is situated in the center of Olbia in a great location, the front desk girls are amazing especially Carlotta & Gaia. Service was excellent, breakfast was great.Room was clean, very spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Make sure the AC is properly working thru the whole night

Breakfast was terrible really poor. The towels had brown stains on them we asked for new ones and they were with brown stains as well.

Hotel has a good location

Our room had a window looking to a wall. Bathroom sink was clogged. Wouldn’t stay again.

The property is very central and close to many shops, bars and restaurants. It also has a free car park which was very useful

Upon checking in, they demanded a 100 Euro deposit for any damage or breakage. Never had to pay a deposit in the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in around the world. This was done on my credit card and we were told that it would be refunded on checking out. This was not the case we were told on checking out refund would be made when housekeeping had cleaned the room Still not received the refund. Also, unfortunately they had a flood in the wc’s off reception and the receptionist was busy trying to sort this out. We waited 15 mins but needed to leave to catch our flight, so ended up saying stop what your doing and check us outBreakfast was goodRoom was good but were unable to switch the tv off as remote had stopped working. Only cheap plastic cups provided in the room

Beautiful place in centre of Olbia. Convenient parking nearby. We had a room with great view.

Fantastic location amongst stores and restaurants but not too noisy. Designated parking lot down the street for guests too.

limited facilities, the gym was very limited and not really worth going to, and the breakfast was very underwhelming.

Very nice hotel, very good location, staff are lovely. The taxi the hotel booked for us to the airport tried to rip us off with double the initial price, so we called the hotel and they argued with him on the phone and he finally gave us the right price, so I'm very thankful for this.

A little bit expensive for what it is.
