Loved the stylish, modern, contemporary style hotel. Lovely pool and absolutely out of this world beach. The water is so clear it doesn’t look real. Absolutely stunning. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the sunset over the pool and beyond the bay. We loved the staff at the lunch outdoor cafe by the pool and also the staff at the main lobby bar. Exquisite aperitivo.

No bedside usb ports, the late dinner seating (20:30) felt a bit rushed as the restaurant starting stowing away equipment for closure while guests were still eating. The food was absolutely delicious but next time I would go for the earlier sitting.

Staff was so amazing. We got a flat tire on our first day and the staff helped us get a new car without any problems.

The long narrow pot hole driveway. Very difficult to navigate in which we got a flat tire…and the parking was hard to find… especially at night. Needs more lighting around premises with more signage.

The property was beautiful and located directly on the beach. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with information.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and a delight. The views were amazing, the property so comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. Loved the “natural” landscaping, with pollinator friendly plants all over, and beautifully created.

Honestly, nothing about the property- all was lovely. If I could change anything, it would be the price of the drinks- coming from the San Francisco Bay Area, we are used to high prices but these seemed out of line for the property, country etc. Just unnecessarily high.

Pool was on the cool side.

Amazing surroundings including the private beach, kind & helpful personnel, great view and infrastructure (small gym, SPA, pool), everything is well maintained.

Room (apart from the very nice bathroom) feels outdated and definitely not in line with hotel's overall standard; food in the main restaurant is average.

The hotel felt new and modern, the room was a nice size and very clean, bathroom was new and clean. The Zinnibirri restaurant was a really beautiful spot for dinner we enjoyed it so much we went back each night! Lunch by the pool area was also decent! We enjoyed the private beach spot. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

No complaints for our stay we loved this hotel! - I would just warn that some rooms are only accessible by stairs so I'd recommend you find this out before you stay if this might be a problem for other travellers! Also the hotel is quite secluded so you would need a car to visit any other spots around. We personally didn't mind the hotel being secluded because they offered most things so you don't really need to leave!

Not great. About travel Inn quality. Bacon deep fried straight out the packet so all stuck together. Didn't bother with the expensive dinner as I knew it would be over priced for the quality...and some other guests confirmed this.

I like a decent cocktail and use a Old Fashioned as a quality control.....they make a better one at my local cheap bar unfortunately. So I would say that this hotel, even though the staff are nice and friendly, the actual quality of food and service aren't up to the cost of the hotel. A madman designed the floor plan too. My superior room balcony couldn't really be used as my view was the lift and stairs where everyone walked down to get to the pool so super public as everyone looked at you as they walked past. Not worth the price.

It was a wonderful stay there! We caught the very end of the season. The location of the hotel is simply magical, the colours of the emerald sea and the blue pool were simply mesmerizing. Hotel services are at the highest level. Very friendly staff, breakfast has everything you need, fresh products every day. We really liked how the dinner was organised. Every day there is a new menu. A lot of local dishes, cooked perfectly and well balanced. Excellent selection of local wines. The hotel has a private beach, also very well organised and clean. We lived at the separate building and our room had access to the garden. Our cat was completely delighted!

Beautiful zen property. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Gorgeous views and a variety of cozy outdoor spaces. The pool area was lovely although it was too cool for us to swim. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Impressed about customer service/receptionists - excellent jobs ! Location is in very secluded place, but benefits of the private beach and clear water prevail over isolated place inconvenience. All rooms in our new building faced the bay and are very spacy and clean.

But this resort has one big flaw: the food (especially dinner) ! Seems, chiefs took advantage of the fact that there are no other eateries around, so they even didn't try to improve quality of dinners to match the price customers paid for that.

Had to wheel bags up to entrance, , room had a bit of a smell and the curtain was broken, balcony was very small.

Booked this place for my first solo trip, where I just wanted to relax with everything I needed at hand (food, spa, pool, beach, parking, etc). The overall aesthetic of this resort is modern and luxe. The common spaces are beautiful and the views over the sea and sunset are divine. The beach is perfection - I absolutely loved it. Crystal clear water, tons of fish, I even had an encounter with an octopus! The pool area is stunning and comfortable. The grounds are lush with lots of greenery. The food was also ok! Staff was also particularly kind and warm. I didn't want to leave when it was time for check out, but they were fully booked for the coming days! Would definitely return.

The room I had was the basic one, so I don't know if there are better options, but the bed left something to be desired. The food was a little limited but of quality so I was pleased enough.

The location was nice, not too far, not too close to airport. Great access to beautiful beaches. Staff professional and friendly. Up scale Hotel and a fair price. Nice little beach off you want to stay at the hotel.

Pillows are way too thick. Wash clothes are the size of hand towels. More for adults then for kids. I did not request a quiet room… not sure where that came from, but yes rooms are nice and quiet. They pump perfume into the air in the reception area. Unnecessary!
