We loved everything about the hotel and the overall experience!

Location is great

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No computer to print boarding passes.Layout of our room was unusual. Parking logistics were challenging which almost made us miss our flight.

Clean homey

I paid for three nights and want a refund for my unused third night. The communication with booking.com was very poor and next to none

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, great breakfast, very convenient location for the old town. Friendly staff.

Location is excellent, parking close by 200 m walk.

Breakfast was very basic , however,staff at breakfast were friendly and accommodating, bedroom very small, bathroom ok but hotel provided no soap, nor bottled water.. the hotel need to improve the guest experience to secure 4 stars.

Loved the staff and the charming setting of the hotel. We had a beautiful balcony and a nice relaxing stay. Location is awesome for walking to restaurants although i am glad we didn’t have a car to park at the time as pretty narrow streets.

Our room was small which was fine because we didn’t need much. It would be nice to have had some hotel facilities like a bar or a place to have drinks but that’s fine too as there are many locations around the corner

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room albeit a bit warm despite having A/C on. Parking was reasonable and fairly close by.

Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were exceptional too.

Wished the air conditioner system was operational. We closed the window due to street noice hence found the room stuffy at night due to lack of flow.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff are brilliantly friendly and helpful with information. It is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The breakfast was lovely.

I dont think however it is really a 4 star hotel. The toiletries in the bathroom were very limited. There is no food available other than the buffet breakfast. There is no room service. The mini bar is very limited. There are no other facilities like a gym. I really loved the hotel and staff so would probably go back but think it would be even more perfect with some small tweaks.

Beautifully presented hotel in a great location to access Olbia. Parking suggestions were needed and provided in advance to help arrival formalities.

Because we were on a very late flight we decided to stay here before going on to our own property. We were very happy to find a comfortable, warm room with an excellent bathroom in a charming old building. Breakfast was excellent with many locally sourced products including fresh ricotta & honey. Parking was available nearby for a minimal charge and communication with the property was excellent at all times. Should the need arise, would certainly stay again.

The hotel is really nicely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. It has a rustic style with a modern twist.You feel welcomed even before you arrive because you are contacted and given instructions about parking close to the hotel to avoid getting a fine due to the limited traffic zone in its street The staff are very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat and visit. Barbara the breakfast lady is so nice and helpful making you feel at home. Hotel is very clean and in a central location. Will surely stay again next time we visit Olbia.

The location is perfect to explore historic & newer Olbia. A short drive from the port to this hotel. Although always a bit tricky with not being able to enter certain streets, as with most European historic centers, google maps led the way and we were still able to unload & reload our bags in front of the hotel. The parking was just down the street.Our room was quite spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was served downstairs, and although we only ate on the last day there was quite a variety of breads, fruit and sweets~Although it is off season here, there are still enough retail, bars & restaurants open,The staff at La Locanda Del Conte Marmeli, were so so attentive and always smiling!

There wasn't anything to dislike about this property~

The location was perfect. Breakfast was great, served by lovely friendly staff. Parking was available. The bed was comfortable everything was spotlessly clean. The reception staff are so welcoming and kind. They go out of their way to help. They gave us so many fantastic recommendations.

Lovely friendly staff, only a short walk from everything. Nice breakfast and great shower.

Very tidy, great value and great location. Especially the staff at the reception was very helpful and provided great information before the stay and when at the hotel.
