Very clean, modern, and nice hotel. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again! Location was good too

The lobby is very nice and staff were really friendly.Also the location was great and i had a balcony.

My room was in the older building, so i didn‘t have the balcony all the other rooms had.Also the ventilator in the bathroom was SOOO loud. The furniture looks very used and are wobbly. The room could have been cleaner.

Well located, comfortable room

Hotel has buildings in different locations, not too far from each other but still not ideal.The price per night doesn't reflect on anything special or outstanding. Service and facilities are basic.

Great location right in the city center, comfortable room and helpful staff!

They didn’t have an iron, it is helpful to have that and when we asked about beach towels they charged us 5 euros per piece to rent them. This was the first place I had to pay for beach towels!

Lovely hotel a few blocks off the main shopping street of Olbia. The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished.

Enjoyed the location and amenities of the spa. Location is great, staff was very lovely and helpful. Would stay again for longer! Very quiet and comfortable but close enough to walk 5 minutes to the main strip of the town.

Can’t say much, only stayed one night, it was lovely

It has all the makings of a lovely resort. The rooms are a little dated, but nice nonetheless. It has a small refrigerator with food and drink you have to pay for, but you can squeeze a couple of your own things in there if necessary. It’s in a great location right next to the area where all the shops and restaurants are. They have parking at 5 Euro per day, which was great. There is a spa on site, which we didn’t get to try out but reviews are good. There is a really cool archeological exhibit below the main floor of one of the buildings and the floor is plexiglass so you can take a look at it. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave for the airport very early in the morning. Because we’d miss breakfast, they dropped off a boxed breakfast for us the night before, which we appreciated very much. We had some issues with our room, as explained below, and they were kind enough to issue a partial credit for our trouble.

We went during a heat wave and our air conditioning was barely working. It had to be around 85 degrees in our room and so it was difficult for us to sleep. We told the staff and they said it was working…but it wasn’t. Also, the base of the glass shower wall leaked from the bottom all over the bathroom.

The location was great and close to everything, very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby area was beautiful and great to relax. For our one night stay it was a good fit for us and the price was not bad. They also held our bags after checkout as we had a few hours to explore the city before we had to go to the airport

One of the front desk staff was not nice with us but friendly with others. Not sure what the issue was there. The spa was a bit dated and could use updating. The hot plunges were not hot but lukewarm but it was still relaxing for the price.Our AC also didn’t work very well in our room so it was still very hot at night.

beautiful property! they seem to have 2 buildings with rooms. the entry ways we pretty and the rooms a good size. they gave us extra towels and blankets

The hotel and room were very calming and peaceful. There was a wide selection of foods at breakfast to meet everyone’s needs. It was in walking distance to so much- shops, the marina, Basilica San Simplicio, public transit, and so much more.

Our room faced a street and it could get noisy at times.

Unfortunately disappointing. Not recommendedMy stay at the Tramas Hotel in Olbia, Sardinia, was overall very disappointing. The service was noticeably unfriendly. As a guest, I didn’t feel welcome but rather like a burden.The rooms were very simply furnished and offered little comfort. Particularly off-putting was the coffee machine in the room. Greenish deposits had formed in the water tank, presumably algae. This was extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable. The drinking water provided by the hotel in the room also did not give a fresh impression. It tasted stale and not trustworthy.The spa and sauna area was also in very poor condition. It appeared neglected, unhygienic and uninviting. There was no sense of relaxation at all.Overall, I cannot recommend the Tramas Hotel in Olbia. Anyone who values cleanliness, friendliness and a certain standard of quality should look for a different place to stay.

We liked the location of the hotel, breakfast was also good.

Few things however needed to be repaired on the room to get better feeling from accommodation. (Toilet paper holder, door sweeping on the floor, better bedding).

Modern Decor, tastefully appointed, I think the best in Olbia. The gym is below average, which for a wellness hotel could be better. I had a hot rock massage which was excellent.

The Spa is awesome! It offers a nice experience, a nice room, and well-trained staff. It is located in the center of the city, walking distance from restaurants, bars, and so on.

The breakfast was pretty good, but I felt it was missing something to make it special as the hotel is. Maybe some fresh scrumble eggs.

Such a gorgeous place, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. The spa was out of this world - loved every second. A few steps from the main shopping street and restaurants but quiet. Will absolutely return!

Confortable large room. Really friendly helpful staff. Extremely accomodating. Loved loved loved the breakfast. Car park for 5 euro was well worth it.

What didn’t I like?! Wow. This place is the best. I’d return to Sardinia just to stay here again. The staff were amazing, especially Lorena. I wish I had grabbed her contact info as she’s incredible. The location is safe and so convenient to everything. The breakfast was delicious and had everything. The rooms are so nice and had everything and beyond for comfort.

In terms of what I like, the hygiene of the hotel is really maintained, the rooms are quite comfortable, the breakfast is quite rich.

The most uncultured and rude staff you have ever seen or will see in Olbia. Although breakfast was included in the price, I was charged for it when checking out from the hotel. Maybe the problem is not in those 20 euros that I gave, they will make me neither poorer nor richer, but the principle of your work is at stake. And if I checked in at the hotel at 1 pm, and my check-in time at the hotel is at 2 pm, it is not possible for the receptionist to forget me within 1 hour that I checked in at the hotel, terrible bad culture. Anyone who ever goes to Olbia will leave negative reviews about this hotel.

The location couldn’t have been better it was in a fantastic spot. The terrace was lovely to have in the morning for some sun bathing. The woman (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) who was on reception on the 2nd and third day of our stay was so lovely and helpful

When we first checked in the woman on reception was quite abrupt and also the tray with teas/coffee hadn’t been changed- the glasses were dirty but this was easily remedied.

Location was great and rooms were clean

TV channels and ability to connect to internet were not working. Contacted hotel and they didn’t do anything about it. Spa use was extra cost even if staying there and even if getting another treatment it was €25 to sauna and other amenities.Not enough light in the room. We had to ask for caffeinated coffee pods for the nespresso machine and took them a long time to send. No shelves in the shower to put soap, shampoo, razors on. Massage was not a professional massage. When unasked for more pressure bc all she was doing was rubbing in oil, she said she would try and nothing changed. Quite disappointing.
