New and spotless clean. Liked the patio outside the room

The manager could have been more friendly on the phone but it wasn't entirely his fault. I couldn't charge my phone because my phone adapter didn't work.

Great location, safe, clean, wonderful host….

Spacious room with two glass doors.

Noise. Thru the night from other guests, very early in the morning from deliveries, trash pick up trucks, cars. The building fronts not less than 5 streets (!) and so there is a lot of traffic that has to skirt the pedestrian only streets, and they use Via delle Terme. When I say early, I mean 4 am for trash, 6 for deliveries. Kitchen is poorly equipped. Shower stall has a v. narrow opening to get in. No working elevator in the building.

It was me, my wife, our daughter and our granddaughters first time visiting Sardinia. We arrived at the apartment and it was absolutely spotless clean, the sheets and the towels were changed regularly which was lovely to come back to after a day out! Two minute walk into town and a five minute walk to the bus stop if you want to visit the beach, the main supermarket we found was only a 10 minute walk also. Would absolutely stay here again, the staff were very helpful and are available 24/7, 10/10+!

Location and size of the room were good, kitchen facilities and comfort of the bed was good.

They put a coffee machine but they did not put any capsules, they could have given at least 2 capsules, which costs basically nothing.Also our room was not cleaned and towels were not changed on our first day.Water on the shower was either too hot or too cold.Shower gel was very less, there were no cottons provided.

Location was great to see Olbia and easy commute to the airport. Easy check-in instructions.

The apartment smelled of fried fish, the pullout couch was very uncomfortable and noisy every time someone moved. Only a top sheet was provided with very poor pillows. Ok for one night but not more.

Close to center of town.

Noisy - did not get our correct room number via email. Mix up with another couple. The person on the phone was not helpful.

Location is amazing

It was very noisy, no parking at all even not enough for dropping the luggage, owner didn't know I'm arriving until I called them when I was at the door of the apartments building

Great room, great location, great price

Very thin walls and roof. Neighbours above noisy every night. Could hear everything.

The room was clean, comfortable and well designed. Location is great and central. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen accessories were bonus. Overall, it was great stay.

Parking is not ideal and elevator is just adequate.

The accommodation was excellent, located centrally with many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.

We only stayed one night as our flight had been late. Great location, very central with plenty of places still open even after midnight( great if you craving pizza and drink after long trip)
