Great secluded place. Not too many people. Kinda private. Quiet and very helpful staff.

Some equipment was not working like Locks on doors weren’t working. Shower head was falling off. It was all new but probably not best quality. We wish if they had microwave in the hotel it would be even better.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Free dedicated parking.

Very over priced paid $2500 for 5 nights and given the amenities and stay I truly believe that shouldn’t exceed $200 a night . Bed was very uncomfortable.

The place is dated and basic The staff were the rudest we have ever experienced and were intimidating and combative when we raised any issues Multiple broken sun beds Very uncomfortable bed, raised the issue of it being wonky and creaky on day one and nothing done Filthy hot tub, full of dirt and insects, broken filter - again nothing done, not fixed all week Breakfast is poor, we were served gone off sour milk Had to ask multiple times for shower gel before we were given any No blackout blinds and very bright lights on all night Noise from the restaurant after their “quiet time” Dog poo on the beach right by the the hotel beds and deck chairs Paid a fortune and the room includes cleaning fees yet expected to take the rubbish out Huge ferries and planes constantly making it not so peaceful or enjoyable

Really nice property on the beach. Very quiet area. Restaurant on site. The staff was super nice and friendly and helped me organize a great birthday party. Mosquitos are everywhere though. Bring lots of mosquito repellant, seriously it’s righteous beyond belief. Or buy at the closest supermarket which is an 8 minute drive.

I liked so much the apartment. It's big, new, modern and also bright.It is very near from the airport Smerald.For kids is perfect because there are a beach and pool.

I would like a person who clean the apartment every day.I stayed for 3 days and nobody cleanned the apartment in this days.

Alot of insects, dead everywhere.Beach water not clear.Away from city center.Language in instruction paper sounded not friendly.Boring atmosphere: no music, pool and beach are always empty.Hotel required block of 300€ in account upon arrival, not predefined in Booking

House is spacious, relatively new and clean.

Very strange place. First we arrived at 5pm, and the staff member was rude since we didn't schedule a check-in. Acted like he was doing us a favor letting us check in at all. (When we booked it said check in 4pm-8pm, nothing about reserving.)From there seems like many of the houses here are owned separately, and the owners are putting insane rules/fines to guests. I wasn't fined for anything, but spent 10 mins on arrival reviewing all the terms of which there are far too many. Pool is closed from 12-3, which are also quiet hours with a €200 fine if you make noise. This time of year, it's more or less the only time you'd want to use the pool since it's starting to get a bit colder. Really basic decoration/setup for the price. My impression is that the homeowners/long-term rentals really don't want you there. Which is fine...just don't rent then.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms with a kitchen and a patio. Nice rooms design. Good view, even when it is not a sea-view. Fenced private parking, private beach literally 20 steps from the apartments. There is a good restaurant in the complex. Not far from the city if you are driving. Just at the seaside, hidden from the road and urban noise.

Very expensive, even considering the high season. It was the only one which completely met my wife's "rider", otherwise I would look for something more affordable.

Slightly false advertising with a turquoise ocean/white sand beach. This is not the case, water is slightly grimey with lots of cruise ships going past. Also had to rent towels rather than them being provided. Additionally pool hours are very limited (open at 10 which seems late / closed during siesta hours) - understand due to proximity of others apartments but rather unfortunate.

The resort is wonderful, clean and well-kept! Simply paradise on earth! You open one terrace and you have a view of the beautiful lake, and you open the second terrace and you have a view of the beautiful sea and a clean beach. Well-kept and clean swimming pool. Great food, very tasty breakfasts! Possibility to rent a car! The service and owners are wonderful! We had tears in our eyes when we left this paradise, we will definitely come back, because apart from the views, it is the people who create this atmospheric and unforgettable time! Very relaxing, peaceful, new and well maintained. Never crowded. close to the supermarket and close to the airport.

Nothing major, maybe just more cabinets and softer towels.

The location was fantastic, with a spacious apartment that stayed cool, and the beach was just a short walk away.

The WiFi was poor and only worked outside. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic with limited options.
