    Pros +

    • Clean, updated, whimsical, location, breakfast food and area
    • The woman behind the desk was SO rude. She had bad eyeliner and yelled at me when I asked for beach towels not to mention our AC was broken so we cracked a window and about 100 mosquitos came in and ate us all night long so we left to continue our honeymoon each with about 40 bites. Just very filthy and overpriced
    • Rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, with some complimentary items in the minibar and coffee/tea corner. Breakfast is Italian-style., with lots of choices. Staff, was pleasantt and helpful.

    Cons -

    • No view but didn’t really expect one.
    • Front desk woman legit ruined the stay for me
    • The thermostat in the hallway was very cold; thats all I can come-up with.

Spacious room, very clean, comfy bed. Hotel situated close to the main square. Minimalistic furniture , spacious bathroom .

Breakfast needs a bit of variety; our room faced the back overlooking an unkept house with an old roof and full of bushes. Windows and floors dont offer satisfactory noise insulation

The location was perfect. It was in the center of everything just inside the pedestrian zone of the historic center. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The room was immaculate and quiet. The top floor breakfast area has great views of the city and surrounding mountains.

Very central location in the center of Olbia. It is in the pedestrian section, so if you take the bus from the airport (which is super easy), you will have to lug your baggage for a 10 minute walk. The room was great: very spacious and high powered air conditioning, which we needed because it was super hot. Good breakfast and a mini fridge in the room which I always appreciate.

Check out is on the early side at 10am.

Very comfy room and bed, great location, and friendly staff.Already miss the breakfast in the balcony/terrace.

Breakfast was delicious, very good location and newer rooms.

We really like the staff, they were very friendly and accessible. we also like decoration and comfort

The property is very nice and the rooms comfortable. BUT if you arrive late forget about it. They don’t answer messages, their online check-in doesn’t work and no one answers any of the three telephone numbers provided. We waited on the street for 45 minutes until another guest came along and opened for us. Luckily he knew where the keys were kept!

The location was central and full of life, the room matched the photos perfectly with a clean, stylish design. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and fluent in English. Best of all, every time you walked in, you were greeted by a refreshing scent that smells almost like the sea.

Loved the modern room. Bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean! Also, Virginia and staff were great.

We loved the charm of this boutique hotel—beautifully restored rooms, a welcoming staff, and a great top-floor dining area. The location is ideal, with secure parking just around the corner.

The noise from the street and within the building made restful sleep challenging. For a quieter stay, we recommend requesting a lower, non-street-facing room, even if it means missing the views.

    Location. Breakfast was really great.

Small room. I could hear every foot step from above. Maybe why they had earplugs among the toiletries in my bathroom. No instruction of how to use the HVAC. No remote for tv, although I was able to get one from manager. Very slow coffee maker. Space was very crowded. No lobby or person in the lobby all day. Parking is very difficult and confusing. I would not stay there again.

Just a perfect stay. Very nice hotel, attentive staff, nicely decorated rooms. Good breakfast and spotless clean.

    Nothing not to be liked!

Loved the ladies that run this B&B and focus on every detail to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible ! They went to great length to make us feel at home, even when we had to go to the airport at 5am made sure we had the night before a pre packed (delicious) breakfast in our room waiting for us! Loved it and would definitely love to come back !

Amazing location on the main street with plenty of restaurants and high end shops..

Nothing really but there is no bar or terrace that’s open all day

    10LoriePosted on: 9-25-2024

Staff was gracious and SO accommodating as we advised of our canceled flight, then delayed train. They helped with late check in, recommended a restaurant that was open late, and let us check out a little late while we caught up on sleep. Excellent cappuccino and breakfast as well.

What a great boutique hotel! So inviting and right in the heart of Olbia. The staff was amazing and made sure everything was perfect!

    9ChampikaPosted on: 9-11-2024

Fantastic location with easy access to everything. The room was very nice with modern updates. Properly was so nice and clean. The staff is very communicative. It’s very easy to do everything via WhatsApp.

The faucets in the e shower and bathroom don’t have indicators for hot/cold and takes a long time to warm up. It wastes a lot of water. Breakfast was meh. But that seems to be the case everywhere in Sardinia.
