The pool

The staff was snotty and full of con artists, the dinner was reheated from the morning breakfast, the location was terrible! Isolated and no way to the beach!

It was quiet comfortable with good view and very good breakfast

The service is not the best, our frigo from the room did not worked but the stuff replace it imediatly. I do apreciate that. Another thing that i did not lile a lot was the restaurant, the food was very good but some of the food was for instace warmed from the morning .. like the rosted potatoes that they ahve at breakfastthey warmed it up at the dinner so if you order a side dish they will rewarm the patatoes from the breakfast.. the waiting to get someone to serve you it’s very long . At forst jight whwn we arrived we had our dinner at the hotel we waited 20 mins to get the menu and to be served.. the food came after 20 mins and we also ordered wine and it came in the same time with the food so we had nothing to drink.. there is a probleme with organisation with the stuff in my opinion. Again the team is amazing everyone was nice but there is a problem with organization.

Not good value for money, location in front of an industrial area, breakfast very poor, mattress in room not good same as sort of facilities inside of the rooms ( very poor and not quality )

Nice rooms, very Good breakfast. Quiet place outside Olbia’s town centre.

We arrived late at night (11:30 pm) due to flight delayed, and there were no options to eat something and the hotel is not close to any restaurant.

The pool and backyard were nice, breakfast was decent.

Outdated rooms, not great parking area, ripped sheet, stained pillowcase. Requested an upgrade when the hotel wasn't that busy, but we were told it was impossible to do so.

I am SO glad the pool was available, although it was early for the season. The breakfast was SO good, variety, hot dishes, fresh fruit, plenty of everything, so many options. Lovely dining room. The View! I was grateful that all of the staff spoke English. I loved being called "Madam!" I needed the adapter for the electric plug in and the front desk let me use one,. I returned it. Thje front desk staff made me feel welcome every time I returned, and helped me host my sion and his wife for breakfast. I was SO happy! I am glad I could open the window.

It was hard to figure out the shower. I never did figure out how to turn on the TV.

Lovely situation on a hill overlooking the bay and harbour and mountains beyond The food was exceptionally good ! Try the Tuna dish !So was the local wine.

It does overlook some industrial buildings.No kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

The location is stunning and the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

60€ for a 2-hour late checkout was a bit excessive.

I did not like the fact that u don’t let know the tourists about the deposit that they have to pay at the arrival , (300 eur ) and about the fact that they can’t bring any food or drink outside the hotel ( we were surprised with a 200 eur tax for extra cleaning ) . Not cool at all . I will never visit Sardegna again !

Polite, professional staff. Always willing to help or give information with courtesy and a smile. Towels were plentiful and housekeeping staff amazing. Restaurant and servers were always present and friendly greeting us with a smile and a happy 'Buon Giorno'. Breakfast was American style buffet with large variety of choice.

Location. A little isolated in the industrial zone.

I only stayed in the hotel for one night, i arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning so I cant give it the most in depth review. The breakfast buffet was great, everything you need to start your day. The room was comfy, the shower was hot. The outside of the hotel is lined with herb bushes that smell amazing, a nice treat when entering and leaving.

The hotel and grounds were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were great!

It would have been great if the hotel had a shuttle to the beach. The taxis were overpriced to all destinations.

The hotel is beautiful and location very close to Olbia. Great breakfast save for the coffee from machine. We stayed two nights but only ate there one night. We had higher expectations for what we paid especially from staff service.

Good location.

We took mountain view, but got a room with a view to garbage. There was black hair on towels and in bed. Small choice of foods in breakfast. Water in pool was very cold.

Property was clean and spacious, staff were lovely and helpful

We stayed for 2 nights, first night, room 108, a terrible smell of damp and a banging noice throughout the night of what sounded like a washing machine. We were moved the next morning to another room.

Pleasant

Was not happy upon arrival they told us we need to pay Tax on top of the booked price and leave a Cash or Card Deposit also ? we opted for cash as if they took the deposit in card it would not go back into our account until 5-7 days after that is not convenient. This should be on the booking information for client to know before booking. Also it was very noisy very early in the morning and late at night. Food menu didn’t have many to choice from.
