Friendly staff, working AC. The area felt save

Like a Motel. You park in front of the room. No charm and not close to center. We didn’t like Olbia in general

You get what you pay for - simple accommodation with breakfast. The rooms are very dated and in need of a good deep clean (eg bathroom, the shower cabin wasn’t great), paint, etc. Room and bathroom was decent size.Breakfast was ok - we bought our own teas and vegetables and fresh wholemeal bread as it was rather simple and not particularly healthy or filling. Freshly made croissants on the other hand however served as a nice treat.Staff was always very nice, cheerful and helpful.Liked the fact that the hotel belongs to a member of the Collage band - would have been great to see more relevance to them around!

The host is very nice, the rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast is a plus.

It's a little bit far from all the attractions from the city centre and port but you have a very good and cheap restaurant very close to the place.

Comfortable night's sleep in a generous sized room. Great breakfast with very welcoming hotel staff.

Some table night lights would really add to the room..

The staff were excellent. Communicated very well with me after a very late delayed flight. They waited and were welcoming. Even gave us a later check out time given our ordeal with flights.

A bit outdated accomodation and would need renovation. We booked the accomodation only for one night and it filled our need. The air conditioning is very loud but efficient.

Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Room was descent, but very very basic, with towels an AC. Shower and bathroom was ok, beds was a bit "used", giving the impression one was rolling down the middle of the bed. Breakfast served in a nice and clean bar area with nice interior and decor, almost giving it a slight designer-hotel touch. Breakfast was ok but nothing amazing but not bad at all either. Bus stop just 50m away from the entrance so that was handy. Local bus to Olbia airport from the mentioned bus stop took 20 minutes. Could stay again for the price, though a bit out of the way for a bit of evening "city action". But all in all, a good stay.

Room felt a bit basic and dated. Hotel located on a side street with the entrance a bit further in on the street, so was a tad hard to find as there was no sign stating the name of the actual hotel, just simply a sign saying "Hotel". Reception was one flight/level up so a bit uncertain if one had *"landed" at the correct address. Location excelente , breakfast magnific and staff at the breakfast area are great

Internet does not work very good inside the room

Not so comfortable beds. Outdated bathroom. Noises from outside can be easily heard.

We were pleasantly surprised with hotel and room We just booked it as a last night hotel but turned out we had the best beds we had in sardinia compared with 8 days before! Also breakfast was very complete and staff friendly We possibly had a upgrade as we booked 3 bed room but got 4 beds in 2 seperate parts ? Would recommend for others!

Do not know if suitable for longer stay

We were only there one night before leaving Sardegna and this place was what I expected. Very clean, and the breakfast was great!!

The staff was very friendly and professional.There is a wide parking place. The breakfast was correct.Even the hotel is 2.5 km far from the center, but by car it doesn't matter.

There is no reading lamp at all. At least in our room we hadn't.The Hotel is American style, the rooms are on the groundfloor, and the window and the door face the corridor and the parking which is 2.5 m close to the room, therefore there is no any private life if we want to have fresh air.

Air con was great pretty central plenty of shops an restaurants close by

Good value for money. Nice location with excellent parking. Very practical. Perfectly clean and good size of the room. The breakfast was decent, the croissants were delicious. Kind and helpful staff.

A small hotel away from the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean; it contained a fridge, which was very useful during hot weather. The ensuite bathroom was also comfortable, good size, and clean. The hotel offered a good breakfast, but mostly sweet foods; it would be nice to see a greater variety of foods to choose from. The hotel staff were helpful, particularly with booking taxi services. There is a supermarket just across the road and several restaurants in very close proximity.

We liked the location, near to city centre ( 5-10 min by car ), rooms were basic, but clean. Good to visit near by beaches and Olbia town. Staff is polite and helpful. It is a good choice when passing thru Olbia.

Breakfast is really basic. We would expect more diverse breakfast, more options what to choose.

The employees are very friendly. Breakfast is good with enough choice. We had a family room for 4 persons. The room was clean and spacious enough for 4 persons. There is a parking lot at the back of the hotel for parking the car.
