The pool and lobby bar with snacks at happy hour.

The service in their restaurant & the concierge who refused to recommend a restaurant for our first dinner, responding that he thought that we should have dinner at the hotel restaurant. That was decidedly unhelpful.

Very impressed by the size of our room, in which they had set up a cot in for our baby. Used to hotel rooms being very small but this was plenty of space. It also had a big rug and was relatively baby proof. Perfect for our 9 months old, there was very little she could hurt herself on. Breakfast was really good. Didn’t stay long enough to use the pool.

Expensive but very near the Olbia airport.

The waiter at breakfast ignored us and therefore we could not get coffee.

Clean and convenient . Located close to Olbia airport so that we could walk there for an early flight

Clean and comfortable! Loved the pool area and steam room. The included breakfast was excellent!! Very close to the airport.

The food at the restaurant for dinner was overpriced and not very good unfortunately. The hotel staff were not always very friendly.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Shower works perfectly. A lot of variety for breakfast. Staff was extremely nice.

Too bad pool isn’t heated.

The bed had no sheets, no towels in bathroom and staff were rude, and unhelpful to guests asking for taxis, dining questions.

Very uncomfortable bed. No coffee maker, tea pot in room. Early morning flight & told breakfast would be available at 4am by evening management. Even after questions since stated 7am online. Breakfast at 4am was : coffee( instant), water, nuts to place on napkin , hard cookie/biscuit was offered for breakfast

The location is close to the airport.

The air conditioning is poor to non-existent. I was grateful that the hotel was able to provide a fan because otherwise the room was too hot. A “4-star” hotel should have proper air conditioning. The area surrounding the hotel is not nice for walking, and the options for food close to the hotel are limited.

Staff were friendly. We had to leave before breakfast service, but the put out pastries and coffee/juice at 5am which was super nice.

The room had a strong perfume like smell and the toilet needed to be flushed twice each time. My room was on the first floor beside the restaurant so there was music and noise. I asked the front desk if they would book me a taxi and a big 8 person van came, and then charged 25 euro to go less than 2km.

The property canceled my booking a few days prior to arrival without contacting me by phone. I had to rebook my stay but at a higher rate - they did not reimburse the difference in price.

The pool was nice and close to the airport. The food at lunch and dinner was really good.

Staff were rude. Breakfast staff rolled their eyes when I asked for something. Seemed put out. No towels in my bathroom. Seemed very put out when asked for anything.

Very nice amenities and great restaurant! The breakfast was real breakfast and not the usual Italian breakfast of a croissant and espresso

Beds were a bit hard but that’s the only complaint
