Location is great!

Beds and bedding need to be updated. Pillows are hard memory foam that don’t give. I had a sheet and an old quilt that felt like old drapes. Room sometime smelled of sewage.

The food was very simple and was the same every day with any variety..The smell of the hotel was not good

A great location in the heart of Olbia. Rooms were large, quiet, clean and had spacious bathrooms. Super friendly staff that were willing to help us with anything. The highlight is the rooftop with amazing views of the city and water. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Olbia!

Overall, nothing bad. The continental breakfast wasn’t our favourite but this didn’t retract from our stay. There were still lots of options!

Excellent location in historic Olbia, with many restaurants in courtyards and alleyways immediately beside hotel or a couple of minutes walking. The car park is secure, gated, and conveniently 1-2 minutes by foot down the street.Breakfast was very good.The rooftop has several seating areas, providing lots of privacy for relaxing, and a great place to watch the sunset.

It met/exceeded our expectations.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff. Parking was available, but a little tight if you had anything bigger than an economy car.

Superb location. Staff very attentive and helpful. The suite we had was beautiful with wonderful views. Highly recommend this hotel. Well worth the money.

Nothing negative.

The front staff people were stellar professional and helped me right away.

Upon entering my room i immediately saw my sheet torn in a few places by the pillow. It was obvious. Holes in the sheet. I told the front desk and by that time the housekeeping had gone. The next morning I went shopping and housekeeping came and made my bed leaving the torn sheet to visually see as I entered. I was surprised they didn’t fix it the next time and left it

Beautiful views of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and plush rooms. Walking distance to everything.

Everything about the hotel was absolutely perfect. From staff, food and cold AC in the rooms. Perfectly located to walk around the city.

Best location in Olbia old town. Quiet, no noice from the street or other rooms.

Breakfast was good but more variation would have made it even better. Only white bread and lot’s of sweet stuff, not so much healthy options. Roof top terrace would need cleaning up and an update. Few broken chairs and pillows but otherwise great view.

Lovely staff, great room, nice spa and rooftop terrace. Reasonable breakfast. Great location to many restaurants. Staff attentive to few concerns which were sorted out.

We stayed here for one night before our flight for a bit of luxury and ease with a 10 minute drive to the airport. The room was lovely and brand new. Super comfy beds and silent at night. The roof top terrace was lovely and nice at night as well to wind down and listen to the sounds of the old town. Well located with good, accessible parking, easy to find and well communicated route map to avoid ztl areas. This old town area is quaint, beautiful with good and super cute restaurants, gelaterias and pasticcerias on all the surrounding streets. Great and varied breakfast with Italian breakfast cakes as well as the usual full range of continental breakfast options. Really helpful staff with good English. Thank you for a lovely end to our holiday!

Very well located hotel in the city center, with an amazing roof top. Good breakfast selections.

There was construction at a property next door ( they were literally just outside our window) which made a lot of noise during the day. That of course cannot be controlled by the hotel.

well located with a lovely rooftop balcony. Comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff who spoke good English. Breadfasts were good.

Centrally located on a cobbled street with lots ofquality restaurants around.Room was spacious and very clean with a marble bathroom.Breakfast was very good, coffee wonderful.Great views over the city from the rooftop terrace.Very helpful and friendly staff.

Some parts of the room were worn - plug sockets loose & shower leaked due to seal missing from shower door had to put towels on the floor to soak up the water

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. We chose a hotel with a high rating and evaluation. We are a little surprised why there are such reviews. The hotel is in the center, conveniently located, the room is beautiful, large. There were always workers at the reception, they helped with questions. There are complaints about the food: you have to wait for coffee to be prepared, and you know the employee, he does not come. If something from the food runs out, then nothing is renewed. 2 croissants are available. There was an early check-out, we asked in advance for a lunch bag with us or permission to take a choice of food for ourselves. They did not allow it, they assured us that they would collect it themselves and even wrote down the wish. As a result, they collected: 1 pear, 1 croissant, 2 buns with a thin layer of ham. For such an amount per night, you can be more hospitable. We have been to many hotels in the world before, we have not seen this yet
