I loved everything about this hotel as advertised it was tops .Great location !!!

No I only have positive things to say about my experience .

Great location. Superb breakfast.

Being on a Main Street it is loud at night.

Central, next to restaurants and night life . Friendly staff.

The noise and they do not have parking. Was very difficult to find one .

It’s located in the heart of Olbia; it’s a 3 star hotel. Clean, good breakfast and staff if very friendly.

Owner has a bar next door so you won’t sleep until 2am in the morning every night.

Great location in old town Olbia. Your in the thick of it there.

Nothing to do with the hotel. The folks in Olbia are a pretty lively bunch. Young and energetic, so at least when we there, the party is going on in the street until 2-3AM, so the music is loud. If that's what your after, you'll love it, if not, it will certainly keep you awake.

The friendly staff, delicious breakfast and location made my stay, albeit short, an exceptional experience.

Breakfast: Real value for money. Croissants, eggs, cereal, yoghurt, bread, fruit, bacon...Juices are artificial and seem powder based, but the coffees were good.Splendid location. We had a room in the back, really spacious and tranquil.Bonus: Free water bottles (with and without gas)

Pretty hotel and clean rooms. Many options at breakfast. Room was quiet and we had good night sleep.

All staff were very nice and helpful. The lady at the reception took all the necessary time to answer my many questions and help us plan our stay. We were able to leave our stuff at the hotel for a while after check out.Breakfast was great! Plentiful and staff kept refilling the buffet.The location of the hotel is perfect.

Staff was friendly and treated everyone with respect. They bent over backwards to make sure I had everything. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location is on the main street, within walking distance of most everything.

Because the hotel is location in a ZTL zone, a taxi cannot drop you off in front of the hotel, but that is common in many European cities, so I would not say that I didn't like it. The taxis conveniently leave you as close to the hotel as they can get, which is about 3-4 blocks depending on where they enter. It is also flat so easy to walk.

The room was very comfy and so were the bed, shower was amazing with good stream of water, breakfast could have been a bit better with some eggs or bacon, but I can't complain they had some fruits and yogurt, staff was extremely helpful and nice :)
