Overpriced for what you get. Very low quality breakfast. Scrambled eggs were the worst I have ever seen. Bad coffee machine, horrible choice of bread.

the quality of the breakfast was not "italian quality level". if you travel witout a car it is a bit far out from everything. we had to rent a motor bike.

Comfortable hotel with a nice pool with a brilliant view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great that they provide beach towels and bag for your travel around the island. Good variety of breakfast options too.

Aircon in the room was set and didn't go under certain temperature and the balcony could not be left open as it would stop the AC.

Family friendly but just a little dated. The outdoor play area for the children could be improved, especially if it is a family resort. The staff where always friendly, kind & willing to help where they could. Would be nice to have some additional gluten & dairy free options at breakfast like bread & milk for cereal.

Staff made the difference to this resort. The ladies at breakfast where always very pleasant. The hotel reception was welcoming also & it was nice & close to the beach which made it easy to shuttle two & from.

Excellent property – clean, peaceful, and in a perfect location. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It’s just a 5-minute drive from Olbia center and the beautiful Pittulongu Beach. Although we didn’t use it, the hotel’s beach shuttle is a fantastic option, especially if you’re without a car. I’ll definitely stay here again – highly recommend!

Cold pool!!

The worst hotel ever. This is mis advertising to the highest. The rooms that should be a 4 stars is more a 1 star. Hotel is tired. The bed is rock hard .Went for our honeymoon and was disappointed so paid and moved to another hotel. Avoid this hotel and booking.com they said it's a beach front hotel that's a lie it's far from the beach where they use a shuttle bus. They tried to charge us an extra 90 euros per nught for upgrade when we complaind ...Avoid this hotel

Great landscape views from the hotel balcony, Perfect atmoshere for a delicious breakfast, the swimming pool view to the sea is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Towels provided for visits down to the nearby beach. The views were lovely from the hotel. It was nice and quiet with helpful staff. Fresh bath towels everyday was lovely to have. The facilities are a bit tired but very clean. Parking was easy which was great as having a car is almost necessary. We loved watching the planes and ferries come in and out of the city from the great vantage point.

The hot breakfast wasn't very appetising looking. It all looked like it had been left out for quite some time. The mini bar didn't keep drinks very cold.

The hotel is beautiful. The Pool area is amazing. The room was really big, Super king size bed. Great size Balcony with amazing view. The food was first class. The waiting staff and cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly.

Unless you have a car it is difficult to get to see other places. I paid 35 Euros for one way trip to Olbia city. The beds and pillows were too hard for my liking. The Bar area has no atmosphere, as it is situated in the Breakfast Room. One night there was a wedding so that party was held in the Dining Room. There were no signs to tell us where we would be eating instead for that evening, so I had to find Staff to ask. The Bar was also relocated by the Pool , and i had to wait ten minutes for someone to come and serve me, which meant I got bitten badly by mosquitos. The worst part of my holiday was the man on Reception. He was almost rude every time I had to deal with him. I felt that I couldn't approach him. He definitely needs a lesson in good customer service. On Trip Advisor it says that there is a free shuttle to and from the Airport, but there is not. There is a Shuttle to the beach which you need to book (you also have to book the Restaurant daily).

infinity pool, the location. Close to the airport, close to the beach. The breakfast was excellent. Very very clean.

The dinner was starting at 8 o clock. For us that was too late as we have a 3 year old child. But that is normal in Italy- the dinner starts late

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Helpful staff and lovely breakfast. The view from terrace was spectacular.

Dinner menu should be improved. I have ordered fried calamari and the taste wasn’t good . That’s was my only issue in the hotel.

The panoramic view is incredible, I haven't stayed anywhere with a view like it. Infinity pool, very nice restaurant and friendly staff. Our second stay, we would happily return again.
