Pros +
- The outdoor sitting area. The beach area.
- The food, the service, the room, and the beach were all exceptional. We stayed here as the R&R part of our Italy trip and did not want to leave. The staff was nice, helpful, and informative, they service and attention to detail was some we weren't used to. We were not only able to leave our bags their since we got there before check in, but also able to have access to their facilities, the private beach. This beach and water was nothing that I have seen before. The lifeguards help you pick a spot on the beach and were so sweet. The bar also brings drinks down to you as well. Do the breakfast package, definitely worth it! The restaurant does do lunch and dinner as well. Dinner was unbelievably, do it at least once during your stay. The rooms are nice with great views, but it's all about the beach for me.
- This resort features excellent outdoor amenities and has an exceptionally friendly staff. While it's not a direct beach resort, guests can easily access the beach by crossing a small, safe road. For dining, a nice restaurant is available on the way to the beach, though it's advisable to check its operating hours, especially for breakfast, which can also be purchased at a nearby mini-mart. The resort is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the city center. For extended stays, renting a car is highly recommended for convenient transportation and exploration
Cons -
- The bed was terrible. The pillows were awful. The air conditioning unit leaked & there were lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom.
- Slightly less walkable than your in city Italy experience, but that's why we stayed there, was to sit by the beach and in the water for the majority of our days, which was amazing.
- The standard double rooms are quite small and, considering the price, offer disappointing bedding and limited room amenities. We also had a negative experience with the hotel's private transfer service, which proved to be unreliable.

The breakfast, the view and the access to the beach. The pool is great for the stay. The staff was always ready to help you.
If you are staying in the hotel the umbrella and sunbeds should be included and no with extra charge. The pool needs to have more sunbeds. The bath items should be replaced daily.
On the beach! Cute and spacious!
We had to pay for the beach chairs and umbrella, that was a bit much in my view!
Hotel is a bit old needs renovating but not bad overall, the restaurant and beach are the best parts, rooms need bigger beds. Matteo who works there is very helpful and friendly guy he was great. Breakfast and food is good at the restaurant!
The hotel has a very nice private beach. Spacious rooms!
The breakfast could be more complete.
The staff are very nice and helpful. The food from the day time bar menu is pretty good and the dinner a la carte is decent if not a bit over priced for what it is.
A few things that are not made clear on booking, if you book a standard room (not a suite) a lounge chair for beside the pool/beach that you would typically expect on a sun holiday is not included. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never come across this. You either have to get a seat at the pool (which there are very few of) and nowhere near enough to accommodate all hotel guests or you have to pay €30 to sit at the beach for the day. The seats at the beach are not very comfortable. Also breakfast is typically not included so you are literally just paying for a bed. The beds themselves are quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel but if you are booking read the small print in the room conditions so you know exactly what you are/arent getting. This hotel just seems like they are trying their best to offer as little as possible and overall it wasn't an enjoyable start to our holiday. You also have to use a printed wifi code everyday which is a little annoying. Personally I would prefer to pay more for a room and have basic amenities included.
What truly made this resort stand out was the incredible staff. The women at the front desk were especially helpful—always doing their best to assist with any questions or needs I had, and doing so with warmth and professionalism. Their support made navigating the resort and nearby area so much easier.Equally impressive was the restaurant and bar team. They worked tirelessly to ensure every guest felt welcomed and taken care of, offering attentive service with a smile—even during the busiest moments. Their dedication and positive energy really elevated the entire stay. The people here are the heart of the resort!
Mixed Experience – Amazing Staff, But Not Worth the PriceThe best part of this resort was hands down the incredible staff. The women at the front desk were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful anytime I had a question or needed assistance. The restaurant and bar staff were equally impressive—working hard to ensure every guest felt seen and cared for, even during busy times. Their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. However, the rooms felt outdated, especially considering the high price point. For a resort at this level, I expected more modern, refreshed accommodations.Another major downside was the beach access. Even though the beach is directly connected to the resort, guests are required to pay a fee to enter and then an additional charge for chairs and umbrellas. At this price, basic beach access and seating should be included in the stay—it felt unnecessarily nickel-and-dimed.Overall, while the staff made the experience more enjoyable, the value simply didn’t match the cost. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again based on that.
The restaurant was fabulous; the beach was super close and felt very private!
The mattress was not comfortable; it was too hard.
Divine views, pretty beach- excellent staff. Very good food.
Doesn’t need a thing
nice views. helpful staff
beach area was small. room was very small until we upgraded
The beach is very close to the hotel.
Bulky key ring (no key card). Small and not smart TV in the bedroom. Noisy air-condition.
Right by beach . Felt like luxury . Airport taxi beautiful car .
Nice beach. Attentive staff.
Finicky air conditioner, no soundproofing, rather remote location.
Location
Arrived in rain storm and room and restaurant were flooded
The beach is very beautiful
The restaurant was not good unfortunately, the bread and baked stuff were served hard/ not fresh on the 2nd day during the breakfast and dinner, the pasta we ordered was very mediocre, somehow even very bitter. Coffee takes ages to make due to those coffee machines, so you need to wait a lot usually.
Location to airport
Arrived in rain storm and room floors were dangerously wet and slippery
Walk down onto the beach, we got a bright room after asking to be moved from a basement room.Lovely and clean. Free parking along the road but €15 per day at hotel.
There was no life about the property. Even though it was adults only there was no entertainment or life about the hotel.Everything seemed to be at an extra cost, beach beds, parking in hotel, & they didn’t provide an iron. We were instructed that we needed to pay for laundry - after travelling I just wanted to iron some of the wrinkles out of the clothes.
Lovely location and easy to get to from the airport. We were visiting The islands in the North so we wanted somewhere not too far and had a late arrival flight in. So it was perfect. Lovely and clean property.
We found the bed to be really uncomfortable and had to ask for additional pillows. Lovely beach however you had to pay for additional sun-beds. The hotel is great as a base but I felt that it was over priced. We missed breakfast the first day as they didn’t start till 8.00am and as we had booked a day trip and had to leave. They did supply a packed breakfast of fruits and biscuits, which was a nice touch. I had to ask for the scrambled as the buffet took ages to be replenished on the second day. In hindsight I wish we hadn’t paid for the breakfast option.
