LH Hotel Pozzo Sacro

A hotel that has a soul and everything you need, clean big rooms, with a view of the pool and the port. Really praise, very friendly staff. The only complaint is the breakfast, cold omelette and hot dogs that are cold. Everything else is perfect. I definitely recommend it we will be back again.

Breakfast could be better

The rooms are really nice, the hotel lovely but not best location, we also went in October which was 29 degrees but no shade at pool, we were told they didn't have umbrellas, breakfast not the best if you have dietary issues, but nice staff. Asked for taxi with car seat nothing provided. Have to use the bus to get everywhere do not walk it is not safe

The hotel looks nice, specially the outdoor suites "bungalows". The pool is great and has with nice view. Breakfast was fine and they had gluten-free options. The staff was really great... Beatrice, Valentina, the handyman just to name a few (sorry, I don't remember everyone's names). They were very welcoming, gave us information, quickly took care of a small technical issue in the suite, and helped when we could not find a taxi to come back to the hotel. They were really great because they send me by mail my lost/stolen wallet (with documents, etc), which had been found by local authorities after I had left Olbia. I'm very thankful for the hotel staff for their help. During the day, you can get around by bus to the gorgeous nearby beaches and the city.

The combination of no restaurant at the hotel and a evening music festival during the whole duration of my stay, between Olbia and the hotel, with police blocking the main road. Because of it, no buses and very few taxis (almost impossible) were available, so difficult to go out for dinner and come back, when you don't have a rental car. So for dinner, we mostly had some snacks/starters/cheese/charcuterie at the hotel bar managed by lively Valentina and some items we bought at the nearby supermarket.

Rude staff on reception, in particular two of the ladies who just couldnt be bothered on reception. No map given. Had to ask for bus timetable. The beds were solid as were the pillows so very uncomfortable. The location was very isolated if you didnt have a car. Conflicting information was given re excursions and there was absolutely nothing to do at night also no food in evening unless you wanted stale sandwiches.

The room are very nice, spacious and clean. The service at the lobby is very good too. A nice small bar to have a drink, snack or coffee. The breakfast is very good as well.

Everything was perfect, hotel looks better than on the pictures. Super clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok, basic but good to have. Location was pretty quiet.

We heard the plumbing when guests in the room next door were showering.

Room, view, staff - everything about this place was good. The first picture at Booking.com, which are representing the hotel - are not good enough, this place deserve a professional photograph to take pictures showing all the the good details on this hotel. Within 15 min you can reach serval of the beautiful beaches.

an evening restaurant would have been nice

We loved our stay the staff were friendly and super helpful, would book us taxis and give us good recommendations, also loved how the room would get cleaned daily to an excellent standard would definitely stay again.

The room was very spacious. The bed was big and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We had a balcony with a beautiful view. The pool is also very nice and is free for the guests.

The location was a bit outside of the city so you do need a car, otherwise it is located very well and close to some beautiful beaches. The restaurant didnt offer many options for dinner so count on having to eat outside of the hotel. For people who are picky with their beds the mattress may be a bit hard.

Located on a main road, a car is essential.The bar and restaurant are not open - given the location its a bit annoying.

The room was big, the location was good, near Olbia.

The breakfast was poor and untasty, the staff was invisible. We had to pay extra 5/towel to use at the pool. The pool is small. The hotel looks oldish, it has broken things in the room, everything is old. It does not deserve the price. It is only 3 stars.
