Pros +
- Over priced and Uncomfortable
- The property is average. There are good facilities but the air conditioning was very poor. We asked to change to another room which we were given with reluctance but it still didn’t work. Fortunately we were there to just one night. Location is ugly so better to get a place closer to the center
- Room was beautiful.
Cons -
- - Beds are extremely uncomfortable - Rooms are not clean with a musky smell - incredibly overpriced - Breakfast has lots of options that are not very good
- they changed the wifi second day we arrived and the people at the host stand didn't know the password and we were working during our travel.2 days in a row without hot water and not a person help with it, we paid a triple room and the third bed was the smallest and uncomfortable bed ever, in general all treatment was bad, when I went put a reclamation they were not offering any refund for the 2 night with no hot water, they offered half of the first night and not even with the payment method we did they were just doing that half refund with wire transfer and the wire transfer charged me 15$. They changes the room for our last night and finally we got hot water and a normal size 3rd bed This is unbelievable, I work in hospitality and this never happened to me before, worst experience ever.
- Poor air conditioning. Desk staff not very friendly

Room was beautiful.
The water in the shower was cold. Lay out run for more than 15 minutes and still did not get warm. Very unpleasant after a Sunny day.Room was not available at check-in time, 2pm. It was available at 3pm and we were already tired from our trip.
Staff were kind and helpful. Big rooms and good location.
It's a bit expensive for what you get compared to other hotels in Italy. Facilities need restoration, hotel a bit old.
Two star hotel at best. Just don’t.
Horrible location, facilities without maintenance, terrible front desk service
Nice pool and very clean chamber. Good breakfast
The auquagym was 3 times a day for half an hour long with loud music.
Nothing, que hotel is completly different from the Booking publication
The parking was absolutely lame and to add up it came with a 10 dollar extra payment which was not communicated in advance. We had to change the room. First because the key wouldn’t open the door and once we went down to the reception and solved the issue i sat gently on the bed and it bend towards me, revealing it was broken. We even had to go down ourselves to the reception not one but twice because there was no phone on the room for us to use.Late but not least, the purpose of the night stay was only to sleep a few hours before leaving to the airport for our very early flight. What happened was EXACTLY the opposite. We had to come up and down several times for the issues mentioned above, the second room they gave us was exactly as bad as the one before but we were si tired we didn’t complain about it and decided to just let it go. Adding to this, the key lock wouldn’t stop making electrical sounds as if it were blocked or something of the sort. Regularly and constantly during the night we had to cope with that, making it impossible for us to fall asleep, even making us feel that someone was trying to open the door all the time. The bathroom towels were smelly as if they had just been used so we had to use our own toilet paper to dry our hands and face, cause it felt more hygienic. We are completely repelled by the night stay at this hotel, everything since we arrived was badly managed and completely uncomfortable. We arrived with very little pretensions as i repeat, the only purpose was to sleep a few hours and leave. It didn’t happen at all.A real compensation would be a total refund without us even having to ask for it because nothing of the service we payed for was provided to us.We never had a problem whatsoever with any of our previous hotels and stays. We are taking the time in our vacation to write this because the experience was really bad. You should know about this and we really expect you to take matters into account.
The bed was big and comfy, the building itself was fascinating.
The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but I wasn’t expecting much in Italy. The staff in the gym had all kinds of rules on how to work out and what to wear.
The spa although you had to pay
Walls so thin that you could hear people snoring disrupting my sleep every night
We were stratified because we got upgrade for free (that apartment was great !). Also breakfast more than good . Location near centre. There was a pool but we did not use it (in the morning till 10.00 it was cleaned )
Staff was in general friendly but it depends who is on the desk .
Close location to the airport was convenient. Reception girl (the one in the afternoon) was very lovely. The gym is huge.
The hotel is old and tired. Equipments are bad and aging. There were holes in the curtains. The glass panel in the bathroom was falling (so could not put my toiletries on it) No soundproof at all in my room I could hear my neighbors every night talking and arguing. Breakfast was of very poor quality. Charging €10 extra for room service is a bit too much.Housekeeping went to clean the room the 2nd day around 4pm. And on the 3rd day, she didn’t finish the room, left two pillows on the bed side table (why?), did not replace the cup and coffee capsules.Pool was open but not the bar: glasses and plates were left on the floor the whole day. I was really not impressed.
Best hotel in Olbia 100%Everything was perfectStaff are so helpful and kindFood is amazingFacilities are splendid Gym and spa are absolutely brilliant Swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing ❤️
decent breakfast and the room size, helpful personnel, located 15min away from the centre,
poor coffee, no kettle in the room, place could use a deep clean as daily room clean isn't too great. room had scuffed walls, lightbulb was missing, stray cat (seems to be living there, sleeping on the bench and drinking water from the pool)
Confortable bed
Spa only open a limited time for hotel guests. Not the safest area
The amenities are excellent. Room is big and the bed is comfortable.I like the gym the most because of the many possibilities to work out; and it is one of the reasons I extended my stay. Breakfast is great as well: options also included gluten-free bread.
Not so central but the city center can be reached by walking for around 15 minutes.
Lovely hotel with modern interior. We had an upgrade to a suite, which had a huge comfy bed, large walk-in shower, sitting area and large terrace. The hotel is close to bus stops, train station and had a large car park. Easy walk into town. Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
The room was ok.
Everything was closed. Pool, spa, gym, bar. Awkward location.
Bad
Poor location, in a filthy area, very unhelpful staff, poor breakfast, swimming pool built where you get very limited sun, overpriced. Would definitely not recommend.
The location was really great offering parking and then only a short walk into the main town centre!
The hotel felt a bit tired with chips and stains throughout. For the price paid and four star rating I would have expected better. Breakfast was forgettable.
