Beautiful property and nice room with huge bathroom; front desk staff was outstanding!

Food was so so; no assistance with luggage

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge!The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly !!! and the weight staff in the restaurant was very friendly, too.

I feel that for a four star hotel, the food could be improved. The breakfast buffet, all very large, had scrambled eggs that were inedible. I felt the food prices were a little high for what we got . There was also only one luggage cart and no one to help with baggage.

The atmoshere was very welcoming and refreshing - as it is expected in Marriott hotel chain ?. I got all answers to my questions timely so everything (including transfer from and to the airport early morning) was arranged before my arrival and later during my stay and departure. I'm grateful to the staff for making everything quickly & easy ? The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-room dining service was very handy. The breakfast and a la cart dinner in the restaurant were exceptionally high quality. Thanks to All Staff.

It is very welcoming . It’s very big and the decor beautiful clean comfortable room . We felt at home . The staff was on point . The restaurant as well . Housekeeping team is amazing .

Location

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options and accommodated my partner's gluten allergy. Pool was lovely with many canopies to lounge under. Facilities were available for guests who checked out but still wanted to access the pool. Luggage storage was available.

The hotel is dated and could benefit from an update/renovations.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Food was good. Staff was friendly and great. Quite area away from the local life.

Location was a distance from the downtown area. No bus near by and walking is a distance and over a bridge. AC was leaking and the staff try to put a towel to cover it. Outside balcony needs to be cleaned.

Great hotel! The room that we got was very spacious and comfortable with huge balcony overseeing the city landscape. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on. I couldn't remember the time I slept so well! They don't have a garage but they have a covered parking lot which is great to keep nice temperature in the car! Breakfast selection could be wider but in comparison with other italian places still exceeding expectations

Location sas very good the room was very quiet and big.

The pool was lovely. However we were told by the lifeguard that we could only have one towel so if we left the pool we had to keep it. Strange carting a wet towel around the hotel.

The lower floor to get to the pool was dingy and ugly with cigarette butts lying around.

Nice Hotel, well located, a lot of free parking lots

Location was a little far from central downtown but not far enough to be an issue about 20 minute walk

Exceptional

Message to the manager or owner of the hotel. Please hire more people for breakfast because there was no service at all. This is the first time I have encountered that there were no free tables at breakfast, but it was not because there were many people, but all the tables were dirty. I sat down at a dirty table that I cleaned myself. I was at breakfast for about 0.5 hours and the other tables were not cleaned during that time. Such things should not happen in this object class

Prefer better location

The room was enormous which was great, the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also quite large. Fridge space with complimentary water was also handy.

Distance to town was further then expected. No real shops around to buy convenience items. Room was covered in dog hair as it was not cleaned properly after previous guest. This was quickly rectified. No balcony offered and bathroom window opened out to public balcony.

Good standard with good beds.

We had a smoke detector making loud clicking noises at random intervals ( every few minutes) but nobody came to check this in our room (i asked twice) and we were not offered another room. Staff just sat it out hoping we the guests would not complain any further. It woke me 3-4 times during the night.

Good parking

Shower.. .You can't control the temperature of water... Eather it's hot or cold there is no in between
