the whole place is located in a very beautiful area. We loved the Patio area by the sea with very nice beach equipment and good restaurant. We loved to walk around the surroundings too

Impossible to talk to the reception before our arrival, it took me (and Booking.com agents too) over 2 weeks to get a replyThe place needs some vibes and some international flavour too, not many English speakers nor EN tv channels. The street lamps at night are almost all off - you need a torch otherwise it's a trip hazard.Both swimming pools are unattended and the water very cold and dirty. No towels change is provided, not even for the pool, so you must use the same ones for the whole stay, Not enough info is provided at check-in nor in the room about general stuff so you need to ring them. You can call the reception only with your own phone numb - mine was an international one- and often they don't pick up. The apt was too small for a family of 4 with 2 kids and when it rained it was very hard to stay in for the whole day - not many attractions for todds and babies. The floor of our apt was very dirty and when we moved the sofa bed to pick up a toy the amount of dust was like sheep skin all over.This place has a lot of potential but it needs a lot more of cares, staff and services.

The stay from start to finish was simply exceptional.The number of activities for both children and adults was extremely impressive.The staff, well, I can't speak highly enough of them! They were so helpful, kind, caring, fun and showed genuine care to all guests.The food in both the restaurant and beach bar were absolutely outstanding. The drink choices and the bar were also brilliant. I feel that it was all very reasonably priced too.The accommodation couldn't have been any better. It felt like a home away from home!The pool is amazing, the facilities are amazing, everything was so clean and tidy, and it was amazing location (with the beach being only a few mins walk away from reception).(We are a family of 3, travelling from the UK, with a 3 year old). I can't speak highly enough of this place, absolute 10/10!

There isn't restaurants close by (you'd need a car which we didn't have).The hairdryer in the room wasn't the best (although that may just be me being fussy).

The bar area, waterfront area were outstanding. Pool was clean & large.

The rooms were small and some parts were a bit run down. Toilet was terrible - never properly worked for entire stay
