Recently refurbished. Very comfortable . Staff friendly and welcoming. Spoke good English ( which is very rare in Hyeres )

I liked everything

Location next to the pier and beach was great. Hotel was cosy and welcoming.

Just a couple of minor points - toilet paper best if hung on wall and not on floor. And we couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner.

Location to port great. On the beach. The lobby and outside area was great. Nice breakfast.

Rooms rundown. Need update.

Room was very large, attractive and comfortable. Hotel is right on the beach - albeit a small one - with good bathing. A good choice of food at breakfast.

Dinner seemed overpriced for what it was, though tasty and well presented.

The hotel has very nice common areas (lobby, breakfast room, outdoor space and beach). On the pictures on Booking, some rooms seem to be newly renovated, however, we didn't get to experience them ourselves. The hotel has convenient parking spots available. The ferry to Ile de Porquerolles is nearby.

We selected a room that could accommodate three adults and a child. It was an old room that hasn't been renovated. The AC barely worked, which was very tough during a hot summer night. The bathroom had some weird architectural solutions and was very small for the amount of people we were. It felt more like a hostel room than a hotel room. The common spaces looked really lovely but our room was a disappointment, especially for the price we paid.

No kettle in the room although the staff did do everything to try and find one.

On the beach , newly renovated, friendly staff, good breakfast. Easy parking in front.

Our room was still smelling from the painting and renovation but it should disappear soon. A little noisy with the kids running about and the beach just in front.

Air con wasn’t great

This design Hotel is positioned on the beach (with direct access) in Hyeres, near the port. Our rooms were located on the first floor with extraordinary sunset view.The reception, breakfast and bar area is quite nicely decorated with a twist of Design and Mediterranean atmosphere.Very nice family type service and presence.

Rooms are a bit basically organized and decorated, compared to the Bar ground floor space. At the time of our stay in December, the Hotel does not guarantee a concierge presence overnight.No restaurant service on premises.

Tasteful renovation of an old hotel in a convenient and attractive location.

Perhaps the couple arguing outside my window in the late night, but not the hotel’s responsibility.

I like the bars and restaurant in the hotel and the beach infront of the hotel is so romantic. I enjoyed My short stay and i would love to come back again next summer ?

Location ! On a small but very pleasant beach with a private area (only for hotel guests) with sun beds and typical tropical umbrellas. A very special word of recognition for Biljana ! She was always extremely helpful and very kind ! Always with a smile !

The room (Marielle) was very comfortable and clean - that was perfect. However, some maintenance should take place (in the floor and walls) - the room is beautiful but deserves that maintenance;)Ah another details - we reserved the hotel parking and this is absolutely mandatory! Otherwise you will stress (a lot!) to park your car. So again this is not a dislike but more a recommendation.

The only thing I liked was the receptionist lady she was great at my checking time.

The room were very small and had extremely small shower in closure including toilet plus the windows curtains were shining through day or night. Overall Very poor quality.

Very basic facilities. No coffee making facilities in room, no basic toiletries except toilet paper. Bathroom tiny - very narrow opening to get into shower and needing an update.
