Best Western Plus Hyeres Cote D'Azur

Clean, nice area, spacious room

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely restaurant, which serves delicious food and was convenient as there are no other places to eat in walking distance.

Very relaxing hotel with high quality restaurant - that served great food - and a super buffet breakfast !!

All was great - thanks!

Confortable room with good size. The bathroom is big and very beautiful

No lift access to rooms 300++

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The environment was nice and relaxed. Our room was lovely and clean, cleaners did a great job.A very pleasant stay.

Free and large parking

Room right next to the pool, really noise Loud noise from the above floors (pipes and people)Many mosquitoes Expensive comparing to what is offered Need car to go anywhere

Fantastic bedroom, squeaky clean and with a very fancy bathroom. Staff and chef at the restaurant were both excellent

Nothing really

Looking at the surroundings you wouldn't tell, but it's actually a very nice hotel. The lobby is quite small, but it's decorated with taste and generally very clean. Swimming pool was in great condition, not too crowded and with very simple, hassle-free access rules. Our room was large, with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. Again: very clean. We tried the restaurant once for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. Personnel was always nice and helpful. Would likely come back again next time I am in the area.

Breakfast was okay but not great, late in the morning the breakfast room becomes a bit too crowded and service gets hectic. Housekeeping in our room was hit and miss, staff was respectful of door signs and cleaned the room at the right time, but they often forgot some basics, like resupplying toilet paper. Shower soap was never refilled through our stay and we ran out of it at Day 1, we used travel size bottles we had with us for the remaining days.

Hotel not too big. Very friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent shower.

Google maps instructions to find the hotel. No alternative restaurants close by.

The staff were very nice. restaurant is good. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and nicely decorated.

Fresh decor, clean, staff were friendly. Room was compact but fine. We didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. Dinner in restaurant was good, breakfast was very good but expensive.

Friendly staff and facilities were great. Nearby (a few minutes drive) we found some excellent restaurants hidden away in side streets.

Needed the car to get to local restaurants.

Staff were 10/10. The hotel is not the best to look at from the outside but it’s definitely much better inside. Very calm, modern and clean. The breakfast is also very good.

All good.

Great Air Conditioning :)Very comfortable and spacious roomPool area was pleasantBreakfast had a lot of choice Walking distance to Hyeres old town and close by car to get to Porquerolles

Eggs looked a bit odd at breakfast

The room was big and comfortable. It came with a kettle which allowed us to have coffee which we took as the cost of the breakfast was extremely high.

The fire alarm rang around the hotel at 6:30am. My wife rang reception to ask if it was genuine, which it wasn't. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't appear to be trained on how to turn the alarm off.We ate at the restaurant. The food was very good but the service was extremely poor. I ordered a glass of wine with the dinner but it didn't come so cancelled it. However, it wasn't removed from the bill

Superb

Breakfast policy not properly presented and that caused us an extra that we did not fully used, pretty much charged us a continental breakfast that we never took

Very comfortable bed and room for an overnight stop. Friendly staff who accommodated a late check in.

Room was lovely, big and modern with all the facilities I needed like a fridge and tea maker.

Cannot think of anything

food was excellent! They offer gluten free options. people are very nice and do recommend this place for short or long stay

The breakfast buffé with many choises. Safe secured parking for our car and bicycles.

According to booking site the room should be 20 sqm. It was max 12.No formule for the dinner, so it became rather expensive.
