Located in front of the Palau de la Música in Valencia, this elegant hotel features a rooftop swimming pool and sun terrace. It offers spacious rooms with a classic design and free Wi-Fi. Pros +
- The manager was rude , not helpful. We paid and booked king bed, were given queen. No special accommodations. Water station had very dirty water poured in. The staff filled reception water container and then topped off with container under spout.
- Close (half hour walk) to old town and to the Arts & Sciences
- Very confortable bed and pillows, ac works well. Staff at breakfast buffet are really nice.
Cons -
- Not friendly nor helpful.
- Hotel room wasn't ready when I arrived, despite arriving after check in. I'd booked a junior suite and instead they stuck me in a family suite (which was just 2 rooms with a door open between, basically. I complained and they said they were fully booked.
- After check in the guys at front desk want to charge more. A family of 9 people and we had 4 rooms reserved including one for 3 guest. At the time of purchasing the rooms breakfast was included but at the buffet we were the only ones paying! Unbelievable
