wonderful view over the Seine, very spacious, spotlessly clean room, large, spotlessly clean bathroom, great food downstairs, friendly, helpful staff

Everything was just fine, but if you want a room with a view you have to reserve in advance, as I did.

Great view. Good size. Very comfortable. Easy parking and check-in.

Location on river. Room was clean and nice view of the river. Reasonably priced.

Crowded parking area. And the hotel was not well kept up. It seemed they had added a new bakery next door that was always busy. Alot of the outdoor area was not maintained. With its location, it could have been a beautiful outdoor area. And service in the restaurant area was very slow.

Gorgeous spot and staff are wonderful and helpful. Restaurant and the patisserie were amazing.

Wifi hit and miss and not close to anything. You need to Urber or taxi.

Scenery with Seine river and quiet..

So many flies in the room, in particular behind the curtain.And floor cleaning was so bad, but the toilet is OK, but light was out of order.

The room was so well presented & tasteful. Large & comfortable with a lovely outlook over the Seine Good to have tea & coffee in the room- even milk!Large bathroom with good amount of shelves, mirror & washbasin/shower cubicle spacious.

Wish there'd been a mirror in the room. Struggled using the QR code for entry but that's probably us(old!)

Very comfortable room with a lovely river view. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great pizza, lovely bakery on site. Our dog was welcome.

Trying to get in and out of the electronic doors with a scan code, bit tricky.We had hoped for a nice walk along by the river with our dog from the hotel but there is only a very little walk. Still good to take the dog for an outing. When we left we found a lovely park in the village just a long from the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, it was the only positive.

Rooms are only superficially renewed and don't resemble the pictures. There is no staff so if you have problems like we did there is no one to help. There is no sound proof at all: we could not sleep because our room was separated by a paper thin door and we could hear music and chat till 1am

The room was lovely and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant both for dinner (fantastic pizza) and breakfast (fresh croissant and bread) was very good quality too. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything.

It was a little difficult to get the attention of a member of staff when we wanted to check in and there was a bell mentioned but I couldn't find the bell! Everything was resolved pretty quickly once a member of staff came to help us.

The onsite Bakery was absolutely amazing and staff were eager to help.

was hoping for a fridge in room since nobody in EU does ice. Very minor complaint.

The views of the River from the Hotel are exceptional. The food, particularly the bread and patisserie are brilliant and just fabulous.The staff were absolutely lovely, and welcoming and warm.

the QRcode didn’t work !!! we had to wait more than an hour to fix the problem, it was 1am !!!!

It had a parking

This place is worse than a hostel. All the reviews on Google and booking are fake. It's a very ugly and dirty place, it's not even close to a 4 * hotel. Pictures and info are misleading.

Poor, limited needs buffet style. Wonderful location.

The lower terrace was scruffy, needs attention.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice although the choice was limited. Nice views over the river form the patio area. Bakery had some great cakes and ice cream.

Room on the front of the hotel overlooked the main road and railway which was very noisy. Evening restaurant menu is very limited and we were asked to leave the restaurant area at 9pm as they were closed - even to residents ??

the location in the Seine was beautiful! the staff was lovely and attentive! we loved the food and the service! (our waitress on the evening of 6/01/22 was so wonderful!!)
