Close to the train station(250m)- very good connections with other location from Cote d”Azure.Free parking place. The personal are great.

It’s MANDATORY to have a mini-fridge in the room. if you want to drink something cold in the night, it is not any option. It”s really not expensive to provide a mini fridge in every room.

Breakfast was at reasonable price. I liked the balcony. Location of hotel is really good.

The owner does not understand English but he used translator. The shower was not comfortable at all. It does not have curtain or glass to stop water spills.

The location was good, easy walk down to the bay, with decent access to restaurants, while still being in a mellow quiet neighborhood. Room AC worked well.

The cleanliness was not up to par. The grout joints in the bathroom were moldy and the carpet stained, as was one of the bedspreads (minor, but not a great feeling.) Breakfast, which we hadn’t realized was an extra charge, was fine, but the neighborhood cafes would have been a much better value.

Not so great value at 90 euros for one night for a 1975 interior, without breakfast but a nice stay all the same.

The worst room I’ve ever stayed in

Middle of nowhere. 1970’s bathroom. Duvet old and smelly. Duvet cover torn.

We booked at the last minute as it was quite close to the airport. It was good value for money. Decor is quite dated but very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a veranda. Parking at the door. Breakfast available was tasty. The onsite customer service was very good. It was strange for us to have a shower over the bath with no shower curtain. It was close to the beaches too.

The shower set up was different to what we are used to but we managed ok.

Very nice hotel for the price. Beds were soft and the terrace was nice.

If you speak only English, you may have some trouble communicating with the staff. Luckily I was able to understand by context and the little French that I knew lol. Also, a guide for the AC would be helpful. (In English)

Old towels ( should be replaced). Shampoo missing first day, she arrived the second day . Of very poor quality . Bin not emptied.

Having a terrace.

Found having a shower difficult. Bath base was narrow and couldnt really get hot water, also needed a curtain. Probably facilities, particularly in the bathroom could be updated.

Very well maintained and clean rooms with lovely terraces and comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities would be welcome. Location is ok for the beach as well as the old town up the hill, good considering you aren’t paying for beachfront views. Helpful staff, good value for money and overall a nice stay.

Loved the location, the balcony, and quirky decor. Some would say it’s a bit tired but we loved it.

Hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is also a train station 150m away, from where you can go to Nice or Monaco. We loved the big terrace. Room was clean and spacious.

The bathroom needs renovation. In the morning the elevator is often blocked by the cleaning staff, what’s a bit annoying when you are on the top floor with the baby and a stroller ;)

Old fashioned but very well organised hotel.Large bathroom .Beautiful view from a nice big terrasse, don't know about the balcony .Secure parking

We stayed in july, very hot at night but impossible to open the windows due to street noise, probably because of the police bureau nextdoor . And airco didn't help much .Bathroom with a bathtub and no curtain, use of shower was quite cumbersome.

Good location : 900 m to see , 300m to food shop . Very big terrace with 2 tables is like additional room where possible something to eat or drink or even to make morning exercise. Existent parking is really very valuable possibility in this see town . Personnel was very polite and friendly. Room was cleaned accurately enough.

the family running the hotel was very nice and helpful.the rooms with the sunterrace are the best
