    Pros +

    • Very clean and modern room. Close to the old medieval city. 10 min drive to Nice
    • The manager and hotel employee where the kindest, sweetest people you could ever meet. They made our stay 100 times more better.
    • Breakfast was phenomenal, location was fairly close to train station and bus stops in a quite area.

    Cons -

    • Some of the younger staff had an uncaring attitude. They would even forget requests that I made, and would be surprised when I would go back down and ask why they didn¿t do what I wanted because they forgot I asked in the first place.
    • Room was on the small side
    • The bed was too soft, not good for my back. Also the bathtub was quote deep, making getting in the tub challenging.

Staff very helpful. And they offered a very nice breakfast. The room was quite comfortable. We also like its location, easy access to a very old church and gorgeous views from the top of the hill.

The bed was too soft, not good for my back. Also the bathtub was quote deep, making getting in the tub challenging.

One of the most enjoyable stays this summer (as we stayed in around 10 different hotels in Europe). Very polite staff, good location for me as I did not insist being in the crowded beach area.

Very central to everything and walkable to a lot of restaurants and stores. Lots of public transportation available as well

    No parking/charged parking per day

Location close to airport, very clean hotel with soft comfy king bed and pillows, nice thick large towels and robes, great air conditioning, secure parking, room upgraded, quiet and convenient bar and restaurant which had wonderful service and excellent focaccia appetizer that could have been my dinner by itself.

I partially selected this hotel due to airport shuttle, yet when I tried to confirm and reserve 3 days prior they said it was all booked. So we extended our car rental for a day and had to pay 20€ for parking. Second slight disappointment was the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance. Also elevators from parking garage to lobby could use better signage versus staff elevators.

Location was very good; nice, well-appointed room overall.

There should be a better door between the bathroom and the bedroom - there was zero privacy if someone wanted to shower while someone else was in the bedroom area.

    Hotel is modern and clean.

    - We booked our room for 2 adults and 1 child (4 y.o). With half board. At the hotel we were told that we need to pay for child meals additionally. This is crazy. They were blaming booking.com for the issue but for me, as a consumer, it really doesn’t matter.- Breakfasts were horrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Some food was spoiled. - We were waiting for our airport transfer for about 20 minutes. You can get an uber for the same price and it would arrive faster.

not an hotel for international traveller

It was difficult to find, it took us 30 minutes to find it. Only one small space to park and allow the car. We had an international flight the early morning after and ask for the airport shuttle as it was advertised on their website,We were told they could not guarantee an airport shuttle because of staff shortage..

The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive.

we literally starved because the restaurant was closed over the weekends and we arrived on a weekend in the evening. The room service menu is too basic. The pasta with cheese was badly prepared. Te menu only has pasta and soup as warm food , the rest is cold cuts and cheese . The breakfast is so monotonous and not everything is fresh eg the fruits, cucumbers, tomatoes are left overs and one can see that they are not fresh anymore. We got a stomach upset from the food. All the three of us got so sick and our son ended up in hospital on New Year’s Eve due to stomach upset. We ended up not really eating our newyears dinner gala food . The waitress who was serving at the NewYear was so unfriendly and had zero empathy despite her seeing our distress when our son got sick. She wasn’t bothered and it was so disappointing. She was mostly cold on other days too. After we got sick, we checked out and we didn’t extend as our stay because of our experience. We always come to stay at Indigo every End of December for 10 days but this time we only stayed for 5 days. it’s been 4 years of us coming to Indigo because we loved it even though the food issue was often a problem. We thought things could change but not so much.I lost my shoes in the room after we moved to another room. I asked the receptionist about the shoes and she didn’t get back to me. Thankyou to the nice staff for your service.

We loved the location, the size of the room, the cleanliness and how friendly the staff were.

We found breakfast to be a bit chaotic but overall good.

Super clean, very nice furniture creating a lovely atmosphere, everything was new. Room was big, cleaned everyday providing new towels ect,and the balcony was lovely with nice table and chairs. Everything was very well looked after and I thought the price was very good for such high quality.

Breaksfast was good, but nothing special to explain the 20€ in my opinion

    8JEAN-FRANCOISPosted on: 10-21-2024

I liked the very relaxing pool on the rooftop, the tall and comfortable bed (2-meter wide), and the quiet room that I finally got. Staff was caring and friendly.

The room that I was first given was on the street side and the sound of the traffic was too loud for me. But the hotel staff gave me another room which was much quieter.

    Will not recommend it!

Very poor management, not enough personel and not friendly.

Wide and clean room, full of light and very silent

    10GraemePosted on: 10-3-2024

Good location and a secure car park

Perhaps a greater range of wines and beers would have been good. 1 draught beer and 2 white wines is not great for a hotel in this quality range

Good location. Very comfortable room. Only stayed one night but very good.
