Very clean and it offered sleeping for 5.

I did not like that proof of identity is not required when getting your key at the front desk after check-in.

Room size was great, and so was the balcony with plenty of space to sit.

Sound proofing wasn’t ideal, but still good enough unless you’re an extremely light sleeper

The beach is right across the street from the hotel.

It was annoying and inconvenient to have to leave our hotel room key in the lobby every time we left. And also the bed sheets weren't changed during our 4 nights stay, even though we requested them on the second day.

Beach front, staff were super helpful, spacious.

Wifi not working at all at and was big disappointment. I have to use mobile hotspot all the time.

Perfect for a single traveler. Clean. Close to the beach. Safe for valuables available.

Air conditioning could have been a little cooler.

Good Location beside the beach, although far from the main town. Helpful hotel staff.

Better facilities

We stayed for one night as we want to be close to the airport. Location is great, close to the beach and easy to reach from the airport. Comfortable for a night, and some nice restaurants around. It’s far from the city center but still there is easy transport in nice to move around.

Nothing in particular, good price per what we got. We did not try the breakfast though as it did not look like a good option(only sweet stuff).

Position, staff, parking possibility. The fixtures in the room. Big balcony.

The bathroom door was a sliding door. Not used to it.

The table on the balcony was full of dust and the balcony as well. Even the little table next to the bed was full of dust. What a pitty!

The staff was very good with a good greeting dog. The location had several restaurants near. The airport was near. I would consider staying again if staying in the area.

Very clean newly reburbed hotel. 3stars and worth it. Great views - shutters to block out noise at night. Very pleasant and friendly staff - great location on the beach 12 mins walk to station to access Nice on a 20 mins train ride or 15 mins the other way to Antibes or 25 to Cannes. Which we did after for 4 nights. Taking our children to visit some of the Côte d’Azur for a school Easter holiday vacation.

The hotel is located in front of the beach. The hotel is small but the room is good enough, bright and comfortable. The breakfast for EUR 12 seems a bit expensive as there is no high assortment of food BUT the coffee is good and fresh pressed orange juice is perfect, butter and croissant - what else you need!The reception guy was very welcoming, helpful and always smiling. This is the good option for visiting Nice and Cannes at one trip and have quite rest in between.

The toilet is tiny, it could be added to the bathroom and this way it would be wider. The sea view is only from the balcony and it feels that the room is with garden view not a sea view. Also, I would highly appreciate if the hotel implements towels for the beach.

The room service forgot to bring drinking waters 2 days in a row. Meanwhile, the receptionist just came in to our room and looked around for no reason. It is quite offensive since he couldn’t speak in English and there’s is no explanation. Also the cleaners just closed our luggages when we out for a trip, and stuff all spread out when I open it

Very well located, right in front of the sea!

A bit noisy during the night due to the touristic neighbourhood.

Location was great for exploring Monaco, Cannes, Nice etc. which was the purpose of our trip. Rooms were basic but clean and had all the essentials.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was no bar/restaurant area

The hotel has undertaken a recent upgrade, its really beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is perfect. This is a return trip and I will be booking again in the future.

The breakfast was good and freshly squeezed orange a surprise

location was excellent for beach, quite noisy until 22:30pm from club/restaurant below but after that was fine.
