Pros +
- Great location, clean and quiet
- Perfect location, friendly and communicative reception, free parking, sea view. Highly recommend to stay here.
- Room was tidy and clean. The room size might be disadvantegous if you are a tall person. Location was great. Easy to find a car park. Easy access to the sea by walk. Lots of breakfast and dinner options around. The owner of the hotel is a kind person. His recommendations are really good.
Cons -
- “Superior room” was quite small with no desk or sitting area
- There is a led light on the roof of the hotel. It might be difficult to sleep under this light if you are not an easy sleeper.
- Room was so small that there isn't even space for a chair. Shower is also so small that an overweight person may not even fit in it. Agree with other reviewers that it is fine for 1 night before flying out.

Easy check-in with the very nice proprietor. It is a good location a block back from the main road and beach. So it's quiet. Within sight of the airport. Near restaurants. Breakfast is offered for an additional cost although we did not have it there. Premises seems quite secure. Everything was clean. Nice bathroom for its size. Great to have the A/C during a hot spell. Little patio with table and chairs outside the room, although the view was of the parking lot. Upstairs may have had better views. Although the hotel was apparently fully booked it was very quiet for sleeping. Reasonable price for a "beach" area.

The location is great. Right at the ocean and in the shopping and restaurant area. The premise is very cute. We stayed for only one night before flying back home. The airport can be reached within 15 minutes, and there is a gas station on the way. There are two very good bakeries around the corner for breakfast. Great coffee and a variety of French pastries and whole grain breads.
The room was quite small, which was just fine for one night. There are parking spaces, but they are first-come, first-served. We had to park on the street, which was not a big deal because it was a holiday and we did not have to pay. At the end of May, there was ample parking.
Good location. Helpful staff. First room I was assigned(11) was not up to expectations and the bathroom needs a serious refurbishment, but the Staff was helpful and I was able to switch to a better room.
The bathroom in Room 11 is awful and outdated. There is a thick layer of dust on nearly everything, limescale on everything that gets in contact with water and the painting on the walls is peeling in multiple places. The shower curtain is moldy and the sink cabinet is missing the doors + has the paint chipped. The toilet was dirty. Some of the towels and pillow sheets are old and are not pure white. Nice hotel, but there is a general feeling in the rooms that they need a little more attention from the cleanliness & maintenance point of view.
Very clean, nice staff, near the sea!
No water in room. No late check out.
Clean, location.
Very basic furniture, no water bottle for a 3 stars,
Close to the ocean. Calm neighbourhood. Cozy room.
The breakfast is too expensive and it only has pastries not vegetables and protein.
Clean, well presented hotel with quiet, very clean room and comfortable bed and extras like a hairdryer very useful. Owner was polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel was near the beach and local restaurants.
It was close to the beach, so lovely evening strolls. Grandson loved playing on the pebble beach, throwing pebbles into the sea.Owners very friendly.
No kettle in room, very british I know but i love a cup of coffee first thing.I had a family room which was nice, but wish the room was the other way around, so main bedroom with the bathroom.
Very cute rooms , perfect view from the balcony and such sweet staff . Very clean and well kept family run hotel ! 2nd visit and not our last :)))
The rooms are not huge but very comfortable and have everything you need . Did not bother me personally but just noting it for anyone looking for a huge room
Very clean and quiet, polite and helpful owners. Great mattresses nice bed linen and clean towels on demand. Great location set back from the sea so nice and quiet. Lovely gardens lots of palms.
We had three rooms and all three had issues with water temperature which fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot but this seemed to happen at busy periods but be aware. Our bathroom fine the other two need updating, faulty shower door and curtain the other.
Hotel is close to the ocean and main ocean road but it’s set back 1/2 a block so very quiet
Location was great. While room was a bit small, the balcony with sea view made the stay more comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Staff were not welcoming or helpful. Room size is very small for rates. Water in shower unstable.
I should preface this comment by saying I booked this hotel thinking it was the old Hotel Aeva so it didn’t meet expectations. Saying that it was good enough for a short stay. It was convenient for all amenities. The couple running it were very pleasant and helpful.
It is quite eccentric with a strange statue at the front door. The forecourt is unappealing and the outside sitting area cramped. We only used the hotel for the bedrooms one of which was rather small and the garden is non existent. The hotel needs updating but it was busy so perhaps people don’t mind.
The view from the room was great (we had a balcony overlooking the sea), the location is really nice for Cagnes-sur-mer, and a short car ride from the Nice airport. The information/pictures was accurate, room size was ok. Shower pressure was good.
The bed was just really, really uncomfortable. We were very sore afterwards even though we only stayed for one night. Note that there is no staff there in the evening so we had to pick up our key from an envelope on the front desk with our name on it. I am not sure what we would have done if someone had taken our key and the envelope was not there on arrival.
Great location just minutes from beach. Nearest train station is Cros de cagnes which is 10 min walk. Close to restaurants and a couple of nice cafes for breakfast. Hotel was quiet and we had a lovely terrace.
Nothing we disliked
What a perfect location, friendly and welcoming staff, cute room with a patio, and eateries just a block away to the beach! Also a great stop for being close to the Nice airport without paying expensive lodging in Nice.
The A/C did not blow cold air so it was hot in the room, but the staff were responsive to this matter.
Very friendly host great location to the town
Aircon not the best very hot room to sleep in
